Very upset my boyfriend went in he asked for a very simple haircut he ask for a five buzz on the side and then if mytasha could blend in to the top which is longer well Im sitting over in the chair Im watching her and make sure she gets it right its not the first time hes had a bad experience at this location.. well she starts and normal they wet the hair because if you dont and you buzz it it leaves long strands of hair and clumps well she finish the buzz and moves to trine the top by the end of the cut my boyfriend is coughing on his on hair trying to look at the back and she waiting very unprofessional she staring and tapping her foot so I get up and say it okay and hes hair is awful there clumps and strands and now has a cowlick very upset rude staff and very unhappy

Upon entering I could tell that the store was busy, so I didnt expect to be taken care of right away and was prepared to wait. However, a women stopped her hair cut to check us in. Instead of greeting us or addressing us kindly, she immediately asked very rudely if I had checked in online. At first I did not hear her question so I asked her to repeat it, which she did in a even ruder tone. She continued to ask for my number and name in the same tone. I decided that I would go to a different Great Clips to get my hair cut so I let her know that I was leaving. After stating this she made a disguised face as I left.

When I lived in California years ago, I was pleased with Great Clips. But this particular outlet is terrible. Two months ago I had a bad haircut here. I complained and the manager said the stylist was fresh out of school and had only been cutting hair for 2 weeks. She persuaded me to try them again. Yesterday I went in and had a haircut which is even worse than the first one. Two in a row is far too many. Someone should warn others about the terrible haircuts at this place. Ill gladly fill the role. Please avoid this particular outlet of Great Clips.

Did not like the last haircut i got. I told her what i wanted and showed her picture. Outcome totally different. Very choppy and messy looking. I mentioned to her i didnt see layers. Thought it might have been me. Otheres agreed, bad cut. I have to see if i can fix it. On another note, i have been here a few times and not gotten a bad haircut with Mary. Mary does a good job! The lady next to her was the one who did the bad haircut. Dont know her name. I doubt i will return. If i do, i am asking for Mary.

horrible just horrible, i was a customer that will go there all the time but yesterday a lady that she just pick a extra shift that works in another location did my hair ,show her how i wanted my hair ,she just argue with me about why i wanted like that and didnt not cut it like i wanted,not to mention she keep making excuses in the way my hair was for her not to cut it, i never coming back there ,not to mention i take all my family there ,but never again will be there...

My son just got a haircut at great clips he got there around 8ish and waited a whole hour to be seen ... some old lady with lady with long hair and glasses did his hair ... she messed it up Im so mad ... she didnt fade it , she did not blend it , and she went way to close to the skin , also she pushed his hairline up and one side was further back then the other ... this place is a Joke .. all of their liscense should be taken away

The lady forgot to put guard on the clippers and ran down the front of my head with it. I had to shave my head completely. They only have 2 or 3 hairstylist there that know what theyre doing. I had to call corporate number and spoke with the owner. I only got a free haircut with my new skin head look. Thanks Great Clips!!!

Love this place. Olga did my haircut, she pays attention to what you want. Never had my hair done exactly the way I wanted it. She also did my sons hair and he is super picky.... She did it exactly the way he wanted it and her skills are amazing, she leaves no line and blends everything in. Thanks Olga your the best.

Mary does a great job with my boys hair...there is a lady (didnt get her name) that cut my daughters hair and did a great job. My 5 yr old daughter is Autistic and she was kind & patient with her. Even offered to lower the radio if it bothered her (due to noise sensitivity) but it wasnt necessary. Great job ladies.

There really hasnt been a time when I went in and I didnt get a good haircut with great service. The price pretty much cant be beat either considering its also a great location. I highly recommend this Great Clips!
