i had such a beautiful long black hair, well one afternoon i decided to get my hair dyed ...i went in there at 130pm well i waited for like a whole hour to get service then she told me my hair was too black ...and she needed to bleach it ..well she bleach my hair to the point that it look WHITE yes WHITE...roots where white ..the bottom of my hair was color orange ..i scream when i saw that ...she said "ITS JUST A PROCESS IT WILL LOOK NICE AT THE END" ..she dyed she only left it for like 5 minutes ..then she washed it ...well my hair look GREEN ,ORANGE ,& BROWN...was horrible i was bleeding from my scalp ..i had to cut my whole hair cause it was wayyyyyyyy too damaged ..i paid $180 for nothing but damaged ...my hair is great now growing healthy..BUT THIS PLACE IS THE WORST...costumer service is horrible ..RUDE PEOPLE & THE LADY THAT DOES COLOR IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!! DONT DYED YOUR HAIR THERE PLEASE

All I wanted was a cut, nothing more. I walk in and theres at least 4 people waiting. Theres one woman waiting in the chair like she was getting her hair done but no one was near her. There was two workers sitting in the last chairs sipping on drinks and chatting. There was another worker on the computer in the back with her back turned. I know they heard me come in because of the wind chimes on the door. Not one person said Im on break or be with you in a minute or Im busy. They ignored me like I was invisible. I guess they dont care about making money or gaining new clients. After 15 minutes of standing there being invisible I walked out. If their customer service is that horrible then Im not gonna put my hair on the line like that. After reading horrible reviews from 5 years ago up to 2 months ago Im wondering how they are even open still.

They treat you like you are not a person and they do horrible work. If you complain they ignore you. Im paying them for a service, shouldnt I have an imput in my hair. They look at you as if you were from another planet. Im a nurse and I know that if I treated them the way they treated me, they would make a huge fuss and demand better treatment. I will never return there. They should replace the manager there because she is useless.

I wasnt with my 13 year old daughter when short her hair cut here but she is very excited and spoke very highly of the lady who had done cut her hair. She absolutely loves it and plans on keeping this style for some time. I believe the stylists name is Cierra or Serena. Either way we will be returning to this salon!!

I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews and decided to give them a try anyways. The lady on the phone did not seem the bit least interested in helping me with my toddlers hair disaster and would not listen to me over the phone when I asked for a hair cut for her.

I described specifically how I wanted my haircut, and she ignored what I wanted. I told her I did not want it too short around my ears because I dont want hearing aids to show. She cut it to the top of my ear. The worst haircut I have ever had. Will never go back.

I recently took my 1 year old son there to get a first haircut. And being his first haircut he was a little scared. The young girl that work there was getting overaly frustrated and being quite rude. His haircut was horrible. The people were rude.

They are all very friendly and the girl who does my hair is so sweet and does a great job.I have been searching all around for someone who could consistently cut and style my hair the way I like it,and I have finally found that in Lisa.

Just got both of my sons haircuts there and my 6 year old hair cut isnt even straight the older lady with red hair ignored everything I was asking for we will never bring our kids back here for a haircut JUST PLAIN AWLFUL
