Went 3 other people haircut was decent except both male haircuts had hair left behind the ears.Mother in law had hair left hanging.What appeared to be a manager blonde woman with flowered shirt watching the stylist and standing over them making them uncomfortable.Interfering with the customer taking over for the stylist.Stared and looked down customers as well.Mother in law asked stylist if she could pay with a $50 bill she said once stylist completed haircuts and she went to pay the blonde woman in the flowered shirt appeared again this time at counter and told her she did not take bills larger than $20 which she was told otherwise upon entry she was getting back around $33 or $34 in change which they had to have the woman in question made her go to wal mart to get change .The haircut could have been done better if only the woman in question had not been there making the stylist nervous and interfering with their customers and taking the $50 from a senior citizen .A manager is needed where the employees feel comfortable with their jobs.

So i called the great clips on culebra and 1604 and asked how much for a haircut for my 11 year old son and she told me $12 with a rinse. I called this new great clips on galm rd and the lady who answered was rude. I asked how much for my 11 year old sons hair cut and she said $14 so i asked why they charged $2 more than the other great clips and she just said its $14 for 11 and up. I dont understand why they dont charge the same?
