Is customer service not #1 anymore??? Biggest problem: long wait times (even with appointment), rude/rough stylist’s, bad business. I booked my appointment in advance to alleviate a long wait so when I arrived I signed in at the front counter and began to read my magazine. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the front counter to let them know that I had an appointment. She checked the appointment book after I provided my name then informed me that the stylist I booked went home early-sick and that it would be a 45 minute wait. I asked why I wasn’t called, she said because we didn’t have your telephone number. I thought well wasn’t that information supposed to be taken when I made the appointment. So I left furious, after I got off my rant and fave I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt (we are all human and people make mistakes right?). So I made another appointment. I arrived ten minutes early, my apt. was at noon. I didn’t want another repeated episode so I went to the front counter to inquire about the wait time, then I was told my stylist had not arrived yet to wait they said he’s always late and some other personal info that I will not add. I thought well then my appointment should have been scheduled for 12:30. I told her I would take the next available stylist since mine isn’t here. By this time my stylist walks in 20 minutes late and had a major diva attitude. He overheard me complaining at the front desk and asks for my daughter to sit. I’ll be the first to admit that my daughter is horrible at brushing her hair becuase she has a super sensitive head, hence: the hair cut! He begins to comb her hair with a pick and I can see my daughter is in pain. I ask if he can put detangler or conditioner in her hair or wash it whatever will make it easier on her, (should I have to ask this?) He continues his attitude with my request and says we were supposed to brush/wash it before we arrived, and that it costs extra for a wash and that most people complain about it because they don’t want to payt extra. I’m like I will pay if it makes it easier to take out the tangles! By this time my daughter is in tears and I’m frustrated so I basically stand there watching him and he eases up. I should have left. I don’t visit salons regularly enough to know if this is standard business practice around here. Being late and giving customers attitude for complaining about it. And more importanly being rough and not making a customer feel comfortable. I will never visit this salon again because of both experiences I had, it was so awkwardly bad and uncomfortable.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. The stylist, Tara, damaged my hair so badly I had to cut what little length was left. She was desperately trying to sell me on getting weave when my hair was already very long. After I refused, I believe she actually thought I would let her put weave in my hair, at my expense, after she damaged it. She was the worst stylist I have ever experienced. The manager did not have the decency to get involved, according to Tara. Unprofessional, inexperienced, and lacking basic knowledge of how to deal with customers. I am not done yet with this experience!!!!

Ive only been to this location a couple times, but its because I followed my stylist all the way over here. Marisa is amazing, I dont trust anyone else to cut my hair. I can go in and tell her I want something different and have no idea what I want and she turns out wonders!

My experience was absolutely amazing! I worked with Tara, she is new to the company moved to Texas and I have to say she did an amazing job! Truly recommend her to anyone that needs a hair cut. I normally hate getting hair cuts but this experience was amazing!

Love this place been getting my hair colored cut washed and styled for years wont go anywhere else Ive had bad experiences other places but they do n awesome job with doing what I want n not what they thinks best I have no complaints
