Went in for a simple 0 on the bottom 1 on top fade. High and tight. This is the second time Paola cut my hair and both times she messed it up. The first time, a gentlemen that was working there saw her struggling to fade my hair and he took over and did it right. The second time I went in (2 weeks later) I unfortunately got Paola again. It seems like she is new to cutting hair but shouldnt she have learned how to cut hair in cosmetology school? Long story short, I got frustrated with her awful fade that I just told her to give me a zero all the way around. Its a shame though because all the other ladies that work at this location do a wonderful job. Unfortunately, I will not be back for fear of getting Paola again.

I used the app to check in which gave me an estimated 15 min wait time. At my arrival I was ignored by two different employees. I stood in front of the check in counter while my name was clearly displayed on the screen. I finally took a seat thinking that the next stylist would help soon. A walk- in was taken before me so I stood up and asked the stylist why I wasnt next. She explained that I failed to check in. I plan to tell anyone who will listen how terrible this place truly is! Gabby was very professional and helpful on the phone. When I came through the door, Gabby and Fernando greeted me with a big Welcome! I have to tell everyone how great Fernando is! He took this woman from Frumpy to Fabulous with his scissors in no time at all. He explained what he was doing, how much he would cut and before I knew it, I had a great style! I love my haircut! I will be back...and I will be asking for Fernando! Thank you!

Montana did my hair yesterday. Wish i had a picture but it was so bad. Layers were completely uneven, and she was very sloppy. Ended up going to another Great clips to get it fixed. It was so bad that the hairstylist was showing the other employees how bad it was. Ended up having to cut my hair SUPER short to fix it.

I checked in with the great clips app and right away I was seated. Showed Bianca a picture of how I wanted my haircut, she cut it exactly like the picture. It is rare for me to find a hairdresser that can cut my hair exactly like the picture I show them!!!!! I love it!
