I just wanted to know how long of a wait it would be for a haircut, couldnt get an estimated time. I was told there were only two people waiting ahead of me and two scheduled online that hadnt shown up yet so it wouldnt be long. After giving them my name and enough personal information to write a book I sat down to wait. Then another customer came in asking how long it would take and she told him fourty five minutes. I waited about fifteen minutes while both online reservations showed up and I kept getting bumped down the line. I was on my lunch break and had enough time to get a haircut or eat lunch but wasted all my time waiting. Had I simply been told that it would be thirty to forty minutes I would have said thank you but I dont have that much time to wait and left. At that point I would have tried back some other time since this location is right by my bank but since I cant get an estimated wait time theres no point in ever returning.

BEWARE! Do not go there unless you want your hair to look like a five year old cut it. I went there for the first time today. Big mistake! I had an inverted bob and just wanted it trimmed. Same style just a little shorter. The first thing the "stylist", Paul did was cut one of my points off! I had to stop him because it was a mullet in progress. Another stylist had to come over and try to fix it but since you cant put the hair back on it ended up way shorter than i wanted. I will never go back there again and will discourage anyone else i know from going there. Ive had some bad haircuts before but this was ridiculous!

Walked in on a Saturday round lunch. They were extremely busy. I was afraid I was gonna have to wait for hours to get a hair cut. They got me in a chair within 30 mins. Very friendly and professional staff. The manager was very friendly and caring of customer. I would recommend this place to anyone. But they told me next time to check in online. Didnt have a clue you could do that now days!

Decent haircut at a decent price. Im not as picky as some, so as long you dont really mess it up, Im usually OK. Great Clips is not the most consistent place and not the place to go if youre particular, but if you want an average cut at a good price, its as good as any other budget franchise. I like the online check-in so I dont have to hang out there for 30 or 45 minutes.

I needed a regular business mans haircut. I left with way too much of a chunk of normal hairline cut out --about 1/2 inch above the hairline both above and behind the ears, and a rough hairline on the left side. I now have a rediculous haircut. The stylist at Wolf Ranch needs additional training for quality of service, and customer care.

Daughter wanted a short cut. Did great job. Lots of compliments. Find a stylist there you like and request - makes a big difference. While oldest got a great haircut with the one we usually request, youngest with another stylist got uneven bangs. I think she didnt do the part right and i had to fix at home.

Totally regret coming here!! Not worth ur time or money.... Came in for a long Bob left with a crooked almost chin length hair cut with some still long uneven pieces in the back.. and all the stylist said was if I wasnt happy I can come in the next day to a different stylist.
