I got one of the worst hair cuts of my life at Supercuts. I will never go back to another Supercuts ever! I am so upset!!! It was AWFUL! Ive only had a haircut this bad one other time in my life! She butchered my hair! I couldve done better myself! She cut nasty, chunky layers in it when I said I wanted light facial framing layers, a TRIM!!! All she had to do was take 1/2 - 1 inch off through the length & the face. She grabbed a chunk at the top to put more layers in it too. I told her, "I really dont like layers!" And she chopped of like 3 inches!!! Thats EVERY BIT of what I just grew out from 6 months ago!!!

I have had some pretty awful experiences even with top name salons so I am really weary and nervous when it comes to anyone doing my hair. Autumn cuts and colors my hair and she is absolutely amazing I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend her!!!

My husband got a haircut yesterday from Supercuts and it was by far the worst haircut I have ever seen on anyone. It has taken me 30 minutes to try and make his hair even presentable for work. I would suggest you avoid this place at all cost!
