Ive been coming to this location for many years, but this particular stylist, Stephanie, has never been very welcoming at all! I went to the salon yesterday (7/22/17), to see when my usual stylist would be in. She looks at me almost with a frown & replies "O she no longer works here!" So I ask if she knows if shes still doing hair?… She looks down, shakes her head quickly, then TURNS HER BACK!!!! Wow... how RUDE can you be?!!! Luckily I had the old stylists’ personal contact & was able to speak with her. I find it very concerning that she is now the manager over the store & shes only been there a short period of time! Shes definitely Not qualified to play such of an important role for this salon/company. If I received this type of treatment as a regular customer, I can only imagine that others may have experienced this too! Needless to say, I WILL NOT consider going back as long as shes there, nor will I refer any friends/family. As a business owner myself, I truly understand the importance of great customer service! Most customers when they have a bad experience, are compelled to warn others & leave a negative review vs a positive one! I hope Im wrong about her character & maybe she usually treats other well, but this greeting on your website that reads, "At SmartStyle, you’ll have a welcoming and relaxing experience knowing our friendly, professionally trained hair stylists will provide you with quality service every time you visit," truly feels like false advertising!! I’ve met many different stylists who’ve come & go over the years at this location, but never experienced this with anyone else!! Truly dismayed!!

Went to try to get my hair cut Saturday. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes till the only lady there (Stephanie) finally decided to ask me what I wanted. Very rude right from the start. I told her I just need a quick trim and that was all. Her response was she didnt feel like doing another cut today and wanted to close down early. It was 1:30 pm , their hours said open till 7 pm. After telling me she didnt feel like it she walked away. Very rude and disrespectful. Do not give that location any business. Rude rude rude.

Took my girlfriend to get her hair cut here. Stephanie was extremely rude and obnoxious. She recommend that we "go somewhere else" because she was closing and didnt feel like cutting hair. I was floored! Its Saturday and they advertise that they close at 7 PM. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive witnessed. I will gladly take my money elsewhere in addition to calling Regis Corp.
