When you walk in and sign in, to be told that there is a 20 minute wait .... thats not a big deal. Its almost expected, right. When you realize that you are waiting for 20 minutes because 3 stylists are braiding manikin hair, while 1 is with a customer, and when you go to them and confirm that you are waiting 20 minutes because a paying customer is not more important than a manikins braid ..... and they tell you this is an educational opportunity. Your company has educated me that that it holds no value for a repeat customer, or any customer at all. Here is my middle finger salute to the way your company CHOSE to treat me. Nothing but classless disrespect towards me and my time, and I will NEVER be back. Enjoy your pretty manikin braid. I am appalled that a single person couldnt pause your "educational opportunity" for a paying customer. And the "representative" who so rudely informed me of your "educational opportunity", should really receive some customer service training herself.
