Went in for a undercut, the girl sounded Like she knew what I wanted even showed her a picture. She cut one side correctly, but the other she shaved to high, it looks horrible. I shouldve went to a barber but was pressed for time, if anyone knows a good barber in georgetown, round rock, or even cedar park I would appreciate. Its going to take 4 months to get my hair length back to square one now. So pissed!

I went today so they can blow out my hair and then flat iron it, and the girl did not do it right, she didnt straighten my hair property and I didnt like it one bit, I should have waited or gotten an appointment with Monica, because she would have done it right, Maria did a not do a good job, but I had to work later so I had to do it with whoever was there, but never again.. I was very pissed

Had to explain 2 times how to do my hair. Finally told her it was fine. Left and went somewhere else. Also my husband is retired marine and HIS stylist was arguing with him that he didnt know what his hair cute was called. Never will I be going back. Pretty sad too. My sister was the manager for almost 5yrs at another close Supercuts. This one is such a shame.

great atmosphere, very friendly, and MONICA freakin rocks!!! i walked out of there feeling like she turned me into a hot, silver-haired, 57 yr old w/a sassy bob! my husband loves it, and more importantly, i do, too. girl, you WILL be seeing me again

I went to get a haircut , and was pleased with the cut but I felt like that was it thy did nt offer to trim my mustash or trim my eyebrows. the place I always went to did this without me having to ask. I will not go back

Went in for a trim and now it looks like a 4 year old took scissors and cut my layers. Not happy at all! She just cut it while it was wet, didnt blow dry it so i didnt realize until i was home and my hair had dried.
