Great clips does not live up to its name, at all. I use to have really long hair and I wanted to make a change and make it about medium length, cut about 8 inches off. I told the lady what I wanted, 8 inches, layered. First of all, she asked me if I wanted it at my shoulders, and I said no. Then I showed her where I wanted it which was about 4 inches BELOW my shoulders. And guess what she proceeds to do, yep, she cut a piece at my shoulders AND THEN asks me, is this length ok? I was so mad I wanted to cry. It was too late to say anything cause she already chopped it off, so I just said, yeah thats fine. Now if that wasnt worse enough, this lady can not layer to save her own life, it turned out really patchy and my whole hair was un even. This was such a terrible experience and I would highly not recommend getting your hair cut here. Terrible.

They always do a good job on my hair, my husband and son. My daughter recently had her long locks chopped. They made sure that is what she wanted before they started. Friendly, clean, no waiting really and decently priced.
