Carlos was very professional and very patient. He gave us a bid estimate and we hired him. Reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable about his work. Handled the city inspector well. Very patient in receiving payment as there is a lag time between initial and final inspections with closing up the walls needing to be done. Carlos will become our electrician of note in taking care of all our renovated properties.
