I had them put in a longer wire for our new hot tub. They agreed to a 9:30 am timeframe as the hot tub installers would have it in place and needed electricity so they could set it up. They sent the electrician on a more important job so he didnt get there until lunch time. Since the hot tub access panels were no longer off the technician had to remove them and put them back on which took him 2.5 hours instead of 1 hour causing my bill for a cord that was 4 feet too short to be over $300. I called and complained and they proposed taking a half hour off of the bill. Now my 4 foot extension is only over $260. I guess not being punctual to an appointment does have its rewards after all...

Came and did a small project at my house seem to do good work and were friendly with my wife there. My only issue was I got charged for 2 hours when it only took 40 minutes. I know they have to charge for an hour but a extra hour of $80 an hour for no reason is just not right. Called them and the guy just said thats what the electrician wrote down and didnt seem to care when I asked why it was more than when he was there.. Work was good but I would make sure to keep an eye on What thy charge I guess

They are trying to charge me for the 3 minutes and $1 part it took for them to come an fix a mistake THEY MADE and were required to fix by the MN State Electrical Inspector. When I called about this I was told they would call back and they have not. The want 93$ for this.
