The MOST unprofessional, loud and rude receptionist ever. I had one of their techs come to fix a light switch in my kitchen. Maybe in the process of fixing it he hooked up some other wires wrong, and the light in my dining room went out. I called for follow up and was greeted by this extremely ill mannered and demeaning girl that all but called me a liar (great manners, by the way! NOT!) and literally interrupted my every sentence. People who insult and are demeaning to the customer should not be in the customer service department. She was not even ready to consider for a moment the possibility that a wire might have been hooked up wrong by her tech. She tried to insinuate that I was trying to sneak in 2 services for the cost of one. I am a home owner, and do not think it worth my time to bicker over a 75/- service charge. But like any hard working person, I do not wish to pay for something that should have been done right the first time around. And talking to the owner Mr Wetzel did nothing to make the situation better. The overall experience of dealing with All American Electrical was extremely unpleasant and stressful. I will not use them and will surely caution everyone against using them. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional technicians as well as customer service. Follow up: A few days later, we had ANOTHER electric company come and check out the switch that these guys fixed. When the switch in question was opened we found a LIVE WIRE - dangling, hanging out by itself. You know what room that wire supplied electricity to? You guessed it - the dining room. So its not only the customer service that is subpar, the technical service falls short as well! I have requested my home warranty company to put these guys on the "do not use contractor" list, I suggest you do the same.

Tech fixed the problem he saw. Then advise me to call Oncor for the continuing flickering lights said they dont charge anything to check it. I didnt know this, so it was very helpful to me. Dispatch was great setting my appointment they came the next day right before New Years Eve. 12/30. I am very pleased. While I spoke too soon. Oncor could not get into the box to fix problem so they did a temporary fix on the outside. I called All American back and they said since I was over 30 day warranty they could not come out on no charge. Oncor said it was a bad lug inside box. But the All American tech did not see that he went in and fixed another problem. I told him before he left lights were still flickering. So the tech did not fix the problem he was called out to do but, want me to pay for him to come back out. I think this is a big rip off. All American called back the next day. They had tech to come back to fix the problem he was called out to do at no charge all is fine now. :)

Called in a claim to America Home Shield and I was assigned this company. John came out and we were unable to duplicate the issue. I tried to pay John the $75 copay required and he refused saying they were not going to charge me since they could not find anything wrong. I tried again to pay him and he refused. A couple weeks after i get a $75 past due notice from American Home Shield. I called and attempted to resolve and spoke to Mike and he was going to check on it for me. I never heard back from him. Called today and got in touch with the supposed owner. By the way he interacted with me I cant believe he is still in business. He admitted his company was wrong in not collecting the copay but best thing I could do was going ahead and pay it. I am going to pay the copay to prevent my warranty from cancelling but I can assure you I will never use these folks again and will tell anyone who listens about it.

Was referred by American Home Shield, scheduler called the same day the ticket was generated and I was scheduled for the next day. Technician arrived right on time and was professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Unfortunately it was a problem in the A/C unit that the previous HVAC tech failed to diagnose correctly (so the ticket should have never been referred to an electrician anyway). So while Im back to the HVAC people, I have the peace of mind knowing that the house wiring is not the problem. Id certainly use All American again if I need electrical work.

Worked with Dennis and he was great, fixed the root of the problem and was thorough. I have an older home with aluminum wiring so this is the 4th or 5th electric company ive worked with. Dennis is great, cant speak to any of the issues on this review page but Im happy with their service all around. The reception accommodated my request to get an earlier service and the technician arrived on time. They also quoted me on adding additional circuits and I will go that route with them, pricing is fair.

Still-In Pain
Im brian and im still in pain with a $475.00 price to install a fan in my bathroom. Charlie is gready , he cant take care of his own employees they get hurt. So how is he going to take care of customers. I will never use them again. But MOSTpeople like myself are to stupid to look up a vendor before using them. So if your reading this, dont be stupid like me and use this company. CHARLIE ONLY CARES ABOUT HIMSELF AND MONEY THAT HE GET TO SPEND ON HIS NEW WIFE.

This is by far the worst electrical service I have ever received/heard off. The technicians are completely incompetent and rude (the man with a long beard had a repulsive fowl mouth around my children). The fact a company with this caliber of technician is still in business is beyond me... AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Called them with an electrical issue in my home. They scheduled and appointment for 3 day out. When I asked if they could put me on a list and if someone else cancelled could the try to get us in earlier. The receptionist was very rude during the whole conversation and flat out told me it was a personal problem.

I had terrible service. Two technicians had to come out to fix a light. They were not cooperative with scheduling. I had to work around their schedule after they made a mistake. They completely misrepresented their pricing. I will never use this company again. It was an expensive and unproductive experience.
