The workmanship was good, But they did not secure a permit for their work as is required by state law; Then when I told them about it, They wanted to charge me more, Which should have done in the first place; I had to call the city and arrange the inspector to come and see the work, Then the inspector found couple of minor issues with their work, Then I had to call them to come and fix the problem, Which they again charged me for the permit, Then after they fixed their problem, I had to again call the inspector to check the work; All these extra work had to be done by them and without the extra charge; They have not apologized for their short coming with no refund; Not really happy about the experience.

Ok, round two! But this one is a good one! The GM, Rodney, got involved and called us to see if we would let him make it right. He personally came to our house, oversaw the installation and decided that he wanted to take care of the situation free of charge. He truly felt bad and wanted to make things right in order to repair the situation. And he did. The technicians that he brought with him were very courteous and knowledgeable. Some times bad things happen due to "bad" employees but it is how you recover and these guys did it very well! Thank you Rodney for all that you did! I will definitely be doing business with you again and will let everyone know that they should too!

Arrow electric has done amazing jobs on 2 home improvement projects over the last year for our family. One of which we were initially told would cost us hundreds of dollars to do with walls ripped out by one company, but Arrow was able to do it without destroying any walls and within a reasonable time frame and price. With both jobs the electrician was there exactly within the time stated and was respectful of our house (wore booties and cleaned up after). We would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone needing electrical services!

James and his apprentice were thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and very hard working. I am an insurance adjuster, and I know shoddy work and overpriced bids when I see them. Arrow came in both under my price expectation and over my expectation for quality and thoroughness. I greatly appreciate the work they did for us, and I would absolutely use them again. Take it from me, these folks will charge you fairly and do solid work.

The services provided were excellent, however, the pricing was a bit high. The electrician rewired a new pool light for me for a price $325. Leslies Pool Supply told me to rewire the new light they would only be charging $184, but couldnt do until 5 days later. If I had not had a pool party that weekend, I would have gone with Leslies Pool Supply.

Outstanding service. We had just laid new sod when the control panel to the sprinkler system melted. Arrow Electric bent over backwards to get my system up and running again quickly. The new system works flawlessly and the technician Mark was a delight to work with. I highly recommend them.
