Called Warner Electric because I was having problems with lights in my house dimming when others got turned on, I talked to Larry and he said he couldnt give an estimate because it was a trouble shooting issue and he wouldnt know until he came out and looked at it. I told him if its something thats going to cost me $1000 then I will just live with it and try to figure it out myself when I had time. He assured me that he hasnt had one go as high as 1/3 that much. That made me feel better and we scheduled a time for him to come out. Within 20 minutes he found the problem but had to run back to get a new breaker because he didnt have the size needed in the truck. He got back and wrapped up the installation of the new breaker in no time. From when he first got here to when he left was a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The bill was $410 which was a shock when I was assured he hadnt had one before that was over 1/3 of $1000. All for something I could have easily fixed once the problem was found but since it was a quick easy fix I didnt think I was anywhere close to his most expensive troubleshooting problem and went ahead and had him do it. I am not pleased and wont be calling them back if anymore problems arise. $240 for service ($160 an hour if I was charged for an hour and a half) $170 for parts (2 breakers Home Depot has for $43 each) I called 4 other electrical places and asked their price for trouble shooting problems and cost of materials. All 4 of them were half the cost on the labor and parts. One of the guys asked why I was calling thinking I was another company checking his prices and I explained that I think I got screwed. He responded, "with Warner you probably did." Ive called Warner Electric 3 times and havent had anyone answer yet. I guess if you have money to burn have Larry Warner come do your job.

I called Warner Electric on very short notice wanting them to install the wiring that would allow me to use my generator during a pending ice storm. I was so pleased when they agreed to an early AM Saturday time the very next day! Larry Warner showed up on time, made a quick assessment of what was need to do the job and in short order had the job completed. Further, Larry helped me hook up my generator then showed me how to operate my system making sure I was comfortable with the installation before presenting me with a fair bill and calling the job done. I will absolutely call Warner Electric the next time I need an electrician again. I found Larry prompt, professional, fair, and quite helpful. In fact Larry even made suggestions that I know saved me hundreds of dollars, but more important were safe and compliant with city of Topeka electric codes. Next time you need the services of a good electrician do yourself a favor and call Larry Warner, he will do a great job for you and treat you fairly too!

Called them once and will never call them again. Poor costumer service. I felt uncomfortable the whole time on the phone. I received a lecture on how I better not cancel on them since I was not 100% sure the time would work. Feeling flustered, I forgot to give my information and Warner employee was like wait “what the h*** is your information.” Needless to say, I told the employee to forget it; I refuse to give money to companies with poor costumer service.

Larry recently helped me with electrical work on a bathroom remodel. . He is always there on time, does a professional job for a fair price, explains what the problem is and is always prepared for what is needed done. Look forward to working with him on future projects. Would highly recommended him to anyone needing electrical work done. His many years of experience shows in his workmanship.

Larry came out on a Saturday morning which did not cost any extra fees!. He tracked down my problem and it only took about an hour. Luckily it was not anything major and he got it fixed quickly. I would recommend Warner electric for any issues you may have. He was very nice and friendly and got their at the time he had indicated. My experience was good!

Called Larry looking for advice on some very odd electrical problems that appeared suddenly in my house. He gave great advice on steps to take that ended up saving me at least a hundred dollars.
