I had the same experience as Frank (8 jun 2011) . I have no complaints about the service or time element, but did feel I should have been alerted that there MIGHT be a trouble shooting fee. I spoke to the owner, not as a complaint, but as a customer feedback. Mark, the owner, at first was a bit miffed that I should even suggest this fee should be mentioned. After we spoke for a few minutes, he conceded that it might be a good idea that the fee be mentioned at the time of first contact with the customer and vowed that the policy would be changed. Hope so. I also mentioned the fact that a $40.00 credit coupon (short term promo) was available for first time customers and it was never mentioned, I would not have known about it had I not looked at their website AFTER the fact. To give Mark proper credit, he sounded concerned that this was the case. He put me on hold and came back with the promise that my credit card would be credited the $40.00. It was. The frontline person needs to be reminded to point out the advantages of using their company (coupons) and to be a bit more up front about possible fees. All her good points get diluted when these things are overlooked. When Logo starts quoting the POSSIBLE trouble shooting fee, they will get my 5 stars.

I purchased a Generac stand alone generator from Logo Electric. During the installation, Mark (owner) warned me about a very bad situation I had concerning my power breaker box. My house was built in the 50s and has had several additions made to it over the years by people who didnt know quite what they were doing. My wife and I bought the property 16 yrs ago and have found a lot of things that were not right. When Mark told me about the problems with the electrical box I was not surprised. The main thing I liked about Mark was the fact he made me aware of the situation but did not pressure me to do the job. I had checked many different companies as to installing the generator and found Logo Electric to be the most reasonable for the job. Since they were my choice for the generator I decided to let them tackle my house, garage (stand alone) and shop to correct my electrical problems. I am very greatful and satisfied of my decision to go with Logo Electric. Mark sent a young man by the name of Mike Childres to do the work and he was fantastic. Knew what he was doing and hard working, He never stopped to even eat lunch. I highly reccomend Logo Electric for any electrical needs.

Mark and his workers came to my house for probably the most difficult, certainly the most challenging Chandelier install ever. Mark was up to the task. He was patient and did an excellent job assembling, wiring and hanging a 12+6 light crystal chandelier we had custom made in Vetreria Nuova Venier - Murano Italy. The fixture came in 6 unassembled/barewired pieces, and ZERO instructions...only a picture. We didnt know if the Italian wiring was accurate or if the sockets would even work, but in the end they worked perfectly! When the team left, everything was neat any furniture that was moved was back in place. The chandelier was absolutely gorgeous! I did rearrange a few crystals later, but that was nobodys fault...looking at and hanging what seemed like a million crystals (with no instructions or diagram) had everyones eyes bulging at the end of the day. A little tweaking here and there solved my perfectionistic problem. Thanks again Mark!

We hired Logo Electrical Services when several of our homes electrical plugs simply and suddenly stopped working. Logo originally dispatched Aaron, an electrician who demonstrated a very kind manner and a willingness to explain, in laymans terminology, the source of our homes problems. After a thorough inspection, Aaron discovered that our homes breaker box was over 30 years old and that its manufacturer (no longer in business) had some notoriety for its faulty products. Because of Aaron, we discovered a true fire hazard. Subsequently, Logo Electrical Services sent several electricians to replace the circuit breaker box and to address additional issues related to the faulty box. Our thanks go to the entire Logo team: Mark, Randy, Mike, and especially Aaron, without whom we might not have been alerted to the threat to our home. Thanks, Logo. In the future, we will always call on you for our electrical needs!

Called in the morning and Chad was at my doorstep less than 2 hrs later. Chad was courteous, efficient, and stayed until the job was done right. I had two rooms where the light switches no longer worked and a front porch lighting system with recessed lights that were causing the thermal fuses behind the sockets to trip due to the lights being recessed too much into the ceiling (heat not effectively dissipating). Chad first fixed the bad switches inside my house, then went to the porch and worked on the front porch lighting system. He dropped all three light sockets in the front porch ceiling and replaced a faulty thermal fuse in one of them (he made a run to Home Depot/Lowes to get the part that I needed). All said, I paid $608 to get multiple electrical issues resolved within four hours from my calling the company. Extremely satisfied with Logo Electrical Services and will use them in the future.

We have used Logo Electrical Services twice in the last couple of months to help us repair wiring & breaker boxes plus trouble shoot & repair what ended up being quite extensive damage done to the power supply at our front gate from a lightning strike. I had originally called a few electricians & got bids for the 1st job needed. The bids were fairly comparable but I instantly meshed with Blanca & then with Mark when I met him. My oldest daughter met Mark to do the bid on the first job & told me, "dont even call any more electricians, this guy knows what hes doing & is so professional." And I have to say, we are very pleased with everything. The best customer service, polite, knowledgable, reliable, honest, & affordable. I hate to sound like a commercial, but call Logo Electrical Services. You wont be disappointed. They are good people!

I cant say how the work is for Logo but I can say that Randy is a very professional man. I was having trouble with my home waranty company getting a job done today. Randy was going to come to my home and give me a free estimate so I would know how much it cost to replace my breaker box and know if the home waranty company was going to give me enough. I called the home waranty comapny to see how much cash out they would give me for the cash out and it was only $45. I had to call Randy to cancle him coming to my home. I did not want to waste his time. I know it cost more than $45 to replace a breaker box and I did not want to waste his time espceially after he was so nice to me. He was concerned for us also. Thanks Randy. If I need electrical work outside of my stupid home waranty company I WILL call you company. Crystal Danos

We recently lost power to 3 rooms in our house. I had visions of living without power for a couple of days and a million sheet rock patches to deal with after the repairs were complete. I was wrong! I called Logo Electric at around 11am one day to schedule an appointment. To my amazement, by 3pm THAT SAME DAY all of the issues were repaired! and not one single sheetrock repair was necessary! The electrician who came out was Mike (Ask for MP). He is the most professional, thorough and skilled electrician Ive ever dealt with. Mike tracked down the source of each problem within minutes. He discussed the options for each problem with me and had everything up and running in no time at all. I would strongly recommend Logo Electric to anyone who needs something done quick and done right!
