This company charges by the 1/2 hour. When they came out it took them 1/2 an hour just to set up there ladders. That was 120.00 for two men to set up one ladder, they were suppose to be experts but they had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with someone at the office trying to figure out what ladder to use. After this they work at a slow pace, some wiring was off and it took another half hour to figure out why it was not working. In the end it took them 2 1/2 hours for two men to hand one chandelier. Then instead of charging me for 2 1/2 hours they charged me for three hours. At 120 the first half hour and 60 each additional 30 minutes I was not at all pleased. When I can the office to complain about being over charged they did reimburse me the 60 I was over charged but it took them almost 3 weeks to do it. I know I could have gotten the work done at a much better price if I would have went with someone else. I do not mind paying by the 1/2 hour if someone is on top of there game and comes in knows what to do and gets it done right the first time. With this company they move slow and it takes them several tries to get the job done right so it is a complete rip off for these people to charge by the 1/2 hour I feel there workers drag there feet because they know the longer the job takes the more they will get paid.

Mike and Marco just left my house. They are fabulous. I have been referring Trim Electric to my real estate clients for years. Today was the first time that I used them myself. I couldnt be more thrilled with their service. They went so far as to even tell me how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. Trim Electric became our electrician in 1986. They performed the wiring in a large addition to our home. Also at that time, Trim performed remediation of our aluminum wiring in the main house. They did a first class job. We have been through various modifications of our house, additional lighting, replacement of breaker boxes, etc. Trim has consistently done excellent work at a fair price. We are most satisfied.

this was the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I hired them to install a chandelier on a 25 ceiling. they came with a 17 ladder, charged me by the hour taking 5 hours to correct their mistake and incompetence, damaged walls and the chandelier. I shouldve sued them. I have pictures of the entire epidsode. They also got the ladder hung up in my power lines when leaving.

We were charged double for their failure to receive instructions from their dispatcher and arrived without the proper equipment to do the job. We were charged an hour for that non-productive visit of about 20 minutes and then the hour when they returned several days later to do the job. the job was performed satisfactorily, but at an inflated price. I feel we were scammed.

We had Trim come out for a quote. The gentlemen that came was questioning and judgemental to the work that had already been completed. We had installed the recessed lighting and HDMI cables but needed the electrical ran. In the end we did not hire them because of the rude comments he made while at our home. So much for service.

Ive used them multiple times. Ive always found them quick and easy to work with. I like that the price isnt per job but per 1/2 hour. I can usually find several things for them to round out the time with in one go.
