Though the guys at trademark were the most personable from the get go. We have had a rough experience since then. To start, we have a 11 year old house. The A/C that was installed by the builder was 1.5 tons too small. We found out at some point the original owners had rigged a new fan into the condenser outside. Knowing the unit was too small and rigged, we decided we should get a new unit. I had 4 companies provide estimates. 3 of which all came out and did load calculations and a full system check to determine the best options. Trademark said that was not nessasary. He said I needed a 4 ton where as everyone else said 5 ton. When I told him everyone else said 5 ton he agreeed. Now onto pricing, yes they were the cheapest. I now know why. This is where the issues start. The original A/C cooled all the rooms evenly. Though it couldnt keep up during the hot summer days, it was an even cooling. We installed the new 5 ton A/C and since that day, my sons room has been consistently 4-8 degrees warmer than every room in the house. After being this to their attention, they said "we didnt touch the duct work, so its not our problem". They came out, played with the way the duct was hung and said it was good. That didnt work. They came out again and inspected the system and recommended I install a whole new plenum. Another $700. Now every other company said this was included with the A/C install. Not Trademark. So now we are another $700 into this system and the room is still hotter. To be fair, the airflow improved slightly with the new plenum. To put all this into perspective, my sons room in on the east side of the house that abuts the neighbors house with maybe 10 ft between the two houses. His room also had the door open all day and the curtain drawn. The game room that his is off of is probably 75 degrees. His room was at 82 degrees. I am now to the point of having to call another company in to inspect what was done and see what can be done. Obviously the untrained sales and techs at Trademark cannot figure out what to do. I will update this once we know the issue. If it is an install issue, the review will stay negative. If it turns to be someone they didnt do, then I will update it to positive.

I received an email from Angies List re: a gas fireplace tune-up offer from Trademark Home Services. After reading other Trademark reviews I crossed my fingers that Jason would be the one assigned to my request. Sure enough, luck was on my side (for once). Jason was very knowledgeable but talked to me in terms I could understand...he was also very personable and professional. Gas Valve replacement and fireplace refurbishment was recommended. Service was arranged in a timely matter and at that point I was introduced to Eric G. and a new employee by the name of Rob who was riding shotgun with Jason while in training. I was extremely pleased with the service and repairs performed by all three gentlemen. I had the pleasure of speaking with Amy on a couple of different occasions re: pricing and scheduling...couldnt have been more pleased with her level of professionalism, consideration, and friendliness! I even signed up for the Trademark Home Protection program for the furnace tune-up...may add other protection options in the future.

i have a classic, gas fireplace that was in dire need of cleaning. I saw a Angies Deal for Trademark Home Services...I took the deal. Jason arrived the same day they contacted me for the appointment. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of my home. He inspected all the connections at the fireplace and in the attic for the chimney. Ironically, as soon as we opened the access-point into the attic we smelled gas. The water-heater my home warranty company "replaced" was leaking gas! He immediately turned off the gas to the water heater and advised me to contact my home warranty company to report the leak to them to get repaired. My fireplace is ~24 yrs old...without question, I will be inviting Trademark Home Service back to "refresh" my fireplace with new grout, rock and embers. Lovely experience! If you need fireplace cleaning or refreshing...give them a shot!

Robert S. was my Trademark Home Services pro. He was professional in attitude and appearance. It was obvious that Robert is not some "newbie" off the street with a weeks training!! He definitely had a good background in the HVAC and other aspects of service for the home. He was very honest and forthright about what needed to be done in my home, and I felt absolutely NO high-pressure sales stuff! Sure: he is trying to sale THS services, and pointed out the benefits of the same. But in no way was there any "So do you want to sign up today?" kind of stuff. He presented the benefits, did his work to my acceptance, and then went his way. I would definitely call and ask for Robert S in the future, as I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Our A/C went out and our landlord called Trademark on Friday morning. They arrived in time frame they said they would, they diagnosed the problem and reported the cost to our landlord. Once our landlord gave them the "go ahead" at 2:00 pm they called Trademark to come out that evening. They showed up on time, worked in the dark all evening and got us up and running before they left. Luis and Ruben were our techs and they both showed respect for our home and informed us of the progress every step of the way and came over the next morning to top of the Freon and assured everything was running properly. Trademark is a truly customer focused company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair or replace my furnace, when I found it wasnt working. Several companies responded, but Jason at Trademark Home Services seemed to answer all my questions and had all the facts, no hard sell, he even had all information printed and emailed it to me so I could consult with my son about what I should do. They even got the job done before the cold set in, even with their busy schedule, the guys that installed the unit were very efficient and neat. I would refer to them whenever I need one of their offered services and have referred them to my neighbors and friends.

Trademark Home Services just completed replacing my 12 year old A/C units and we are so far quite happy with the installed Goodman systems. With the outside units next to our master bedroom the quieter operation is quite noticeable. Throughout the process Jason was always available and willing to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The installation crew (Eric, Ian) were polite and were equally willing to answer my questions to my satisfaction. Trademark met my primary three goals for a quiet, cold, and cost effective a/c solution and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to replace their a/c systems.

My AC went out during the hottest week of the summer. I contacted Trademark Home Services for a quote and Jason really help me out. He provided me a very competitive quote for replacing my AC system and he was able to send someone out to install within a few work days. Their prices were so competitive I was able to install a more efficient system. Jason even went out of his way to provide us with a portable AC unit so that my wife and I would be comfortable until the AC was replaced. I cant say enough about how convenient and easy Jason with Trademark Home Services made replacing my AC system.
