This place is absolute garbage, I called for service last night and they said theyd send an electrician over this morning. Well now its about 5 pm the next day and they never called me or sent anyone over. Because of their incompetence I now have to wait another full day without any electricities. I called the company to complain about my problem and the lady on the phone just kept dodging the questions and telling me to calm down even though I have a good reason to show frustration. I told her to connect me to her manager and she said shes the owner of the company then hung up on me. Thats all you need to know about this place, horrible customer service, in fact the worst Ive ever witnessed in my life. Bottome line: Dont even cocnsider calling these guys for any reason WHATSOEVER.
