We recently had a situation where we suddenly lost power in sections of our house, and after doing all the troubleshooting I could do, I called our regular electrician, only to be told that there was month long wait for service. Not feeling comfortable waiting that long not knowing what the underlying issue was, I decided to give Greenwave Electric a try based on positive Angies List reviews. Boy, was I glad I did! Not only was the person with whom I spoke on the phone wonderful and understanding of my situation, she even went out of her way to get someone to our home that same day (two days earlier than expected) when one of the technicians finished a job early and had some extra time. The technician who came to work with me was Chris McKee, and he was wonderful. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say, asked pertinent questions, and then spent a long time meticulously trouble-shooting to figure out what had caused the power outage we were experiencing. Chris took the time to explain the logic behind what he was doing, and when he figured out what the root cause was, he not only explained in great detail how the outage had happened, but also showed me the damaged part so I could better understand how everything worked. It seemed important to Chris that I fully understand what he was doing and why, why this outage had happened, and what steps we could take to lessen our risk and prevent future occurrences, and I really appreciated that. He clearly is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. All in all, I was extremely impressed with Greenwave Electric, from the staff to the technicians, and will certainly call them again as issues arise!

I chose to use greenwave based on the reviews I read. And I am beyond pleased with the quality of work. And the customer service sets them apart. Rob was well versed and each tech he had with him knew what they were doing as well. Rob quoted me the price for my job. Unfortunately for them it turned into a headache job as well as in incliment weather. He told me from the beginning that whatever price was quoted he stood by it. And after all they dealt with he was a man of his word. Not to mention he took care of a small item at my in laws place while there as part of it. I would highly recommend this company. The quality of work is exceptional but the customer service sets them apart. Also to mention the gal in the office does a great job as well communicating with the customer. Thank you all for a job well done

I have used Greenwave in the past and had excellent service so I called them again. Chris arrived on time and explained the process. Although it did take him some time to identify the issues I felt comfortable with his assessment as there was more than 1 issue involved. He communicated the issues, explained different options and the costs involved. I let him know my thoughts and he went to work to resolve. I have no doubt I will use Greenwave again for any electrical service I may need. The 2 different people I have had - Ryan and Chris are both professional and easy to deal with. I cant recall the name of the office person I spoke to but the same professional service from her as well. Seems to be a well run ship that takes care of their customers. I liked the experience. Rob was very polite and very helpful. He looked into the problem I was having with wiring for my pool lights. He discovered the problem with them and had a remedy. In addition he took the time to review the rest of the wiring for pool and outside electrical devices and discovered some issues left by the last electrician. He thoroughly explained the situation and said he would develop a bid and plan to remedy the problems. He also checked the tow panels within my home to be sure they were also wired correctly. He found a grounding issue in one and fixed it immediately. Rob was very conscientious and extremely knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Rob and will also want him to do all of my electrical work in the future.

I called Greenwave Electric because I was impressed with the reviews they have on their website. I needed to have a couple ceiling fans installed and an outside light replaced. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They sent me an email confirming my appointment and it included a picture of the service manager that would be arriving at my house. I really liked that. Rob Scott was the service manager that arrived at my house and gave me the price quote for the work I needed to have done. He was able to complete the work the same day. Rob did a great job. He is very professional. I would definitely recommend Greenwave Electric and will use them again in the future. Thanks Rob!!

Very prompt. Liked that I was sent a name and photo of the Service Manager who would be coming to my home. Loved that he put booties on over his shoes every time he entered the house. Very friendly and answered all of our questions including some we hadnt asked but were going to. Professional and extremely knowledgeable when it came to actually doing the work. Love our chandelier that he installed for us and cant wait for him to complete the rest next week. Will want to write another review at that time. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent work done and great service.

Rob S. was phenomenal. He arrived promptly as scheduled and gave me a reasonable estimate after listening to my request for service. He then completed the work and answered my questions throughout the whole process. I am a very inquisitive home owner and consider myself a bit of a do-it-yourselfer, and when I do have a "pro" in to help me, I am always asking questions. Robs work was thorough and clean. He picked up everything and left my home cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend his service.

The staff and technicians were outstanding. We had one group of switches which were a challenge and troubleshooting took longer than expected. The knowledge of these guys, Rob and Chris, shined brightly as they worked their way through the problem. Excellent service and very professional. Also educational! Rob came out as our service manager and did more than just replace something. Through the process, he had no problem showing me what he was doing and talking about my options in replacing a sub panel. Our old house will need some more modernization and I have no doubt our business will stay with Greenwave Electric for years to come.

We were in bad shape. Temps around 100 and no air. We needed a new fuse box. Quick. Schedules were rearranged just to help us out. Techs were great at explaining the process and all costs involved. Very professional. Really clean. Had paper booties on their shoes and cleaned up well after they finished. Would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the house presented a couple “surprises” that complicated the project, there weren’t any additional charges.
