Surprisingly Awesome!! For a contractor I must give Cravens Electric a 5 Star. I called one late afternoon and the lady answering the phone was very nice and she had to call me back to let me know someone if someone could visit me the next morning. She did call me back and told me someone would be at my home the next day around 9 AM and he did and he were on time. I needed a new electrical panel they had it installed the same day. There were 2 installers and both were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and were gone by 6 PM. Their price was reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten. I most certainly will use them again in the future.

Website states that they can come same day, however when I called they could not. Still decided to make an appt for them for next day between 2-4PM. Got a call at 3:50PM saying they would not be making it out and did not know when they could come. I am extremely disappointed in this company. They could have called at 2 or close to that and let us know so we could send the person ,who we had sit at the house, home an d not waste more peoples time. Now we not only wasted a day but still have no answers to our electrical issues and have to find a new company.

We had to get our 2000 sqft house completely rewired. Cravens replaced knob and tube, updated the breaker box and made sure the house was completely up to the latest codes. Well worth the money we spent on the work. These guys were honest and professional throughout the 10-day job. We were impressed at how surgical these guys worked when it came to the rewiring, the dry wall repair work was easy enough for us to fix ourselves afterwards and was not nearly as extensive as we initially feared. Would recommend in the future.

HANDS DOWN BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! They came out to my house today and fixed all sourts or problems!! Fixed fans lights and did the attic lighting to!!! Very low price for the work, and I must say the work was beyond expectation and perfection!! Some time last year they also did the whole electrical system to my house and did again an outstanding job. If youre looking for someone who is nice and professional then Cravens is the way to go!!!

Oscar and his crew of Esteban and Jacob were incredibly courteous and professional. They diagnosed my problems and recommended a solution. They were finished with the work in a reasonable time and everything is working again. Unfortunately my home will need more work in the future as it is getting older, but I look forward to working with the guys at Cravens Electric again. I cant recommend them enough!
