Such a horrible place to work for. they make you sign a contract that makes you have to put a 2 weeks notice if not they will fine you $1,000 guess who doesnt have his final check? Me. And then to top it off theres a tech with some real anger issues that fights any helper that will not work how he wants them to work he knocked out a tech in front of a pregnant customer. And that wasnt his only fight. They forced me to work with that guy he got physical on some occasions I felt like I was in danger I didnt want to be the next guy on the floor. So I called the office and they transferred me to the owner himself and what does he say? Basically said either deal with that angry tech or find another job. Which is why I found another job now they wont pay me plus the hours there suck its not enough to live by they pay every 2 weeks and within that 2 week period I once worked 3 days so to anybody interested in working here cant say you havent been warned. Good luck to future wired techs youre gonna need it. And to the customers. Trust me when I say they are over priced they charge you down to the last screw they used.

I just had Wired Electrical Services repair my electrical wiring. I am extremely happy with the work that Carlos did. I called for a quote and they said they could get someone out to look at the problem the same day and 45 minutes later he was at my house working. On the phone, Ben told me what the problem was probably going to be and sure enough, when Carlos came out to do the repair, it was exactly correct! He gave me a fair quote, found a way to do the job economically and had me a formal quote 1 hour later! They scheduled a person in to fit into my schedule perfectly when the technician came, he was right on time, very professional and very, very thorough. He made sure everything was done just right. He didnt cut corners and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will use their services in the future and will recommend them to all that need this sort of service.

Called these guys to change a GFI on the outside of the house. Over the phone they told me that it should take less than one hour to change it, but they charge minimum of one hour to come out. I thought that sounded fair. Once the electrician got to my house, though, he took 2.5 hours to change ONE single GFI switch and handed me a bill for about $400. When I questioned him he became defensive and rude. I cannot believe that it can take a certified electrician this long to change one switch. Either this guy had no idea what he was doing or this company is scamming the public. I think all these wonderful reviews they have listed must be from their family members, because if this is the level of ethics that this company displays, I cant imagine how anyone can recommend them in all honesty. BEWARE!!!

Wireds electrician was supposed to arrive at my house on thursday sep,24 before 5pm. The electrician was still not at my house at 5:30. I called the company at that time and was informed that he was running late. I rescheduled for Monday between 12-3 (I took off work for this). Once again the electrician did not show up. I called the main office and requested an update at which point I was basically stone walled and told to just wait patiently. They refused to give me an updated eta. They may be decent electricians however, I have taken 2 days off work to have this work done and it has not taken place. I will never use these people again, as I feel they can not be counted on to do what they say they will. If you want a company you can count on, this is not it.

I needed work done quickly so could not afford the time to negotiate the price or find an alternate electrician. The price started at $3,800.00 but dropped to $3,500.00 when I questioned the cost. 3 men completed the work in 4.5 hours with about $200.00 of material. I also got them while on site to run 10 feet of conduit and wire and connect to an existing power outlet. The charge for this was $400.00. I did not check this connection but 3 weeks later went to use it to find it had no power. I then engaged another electrical firm to check and what they found was not according to TX code and was a bad installation. My recommendation is not to use this firm for any electrical work unless you expect to get rapped.

I purchased a SPA and had no idea as to who to call first, the installers or the electricians. Wired Electric Services worked with me to a seamless resolution. The work was done right when I needed it. The quality and workmanship are excellent and the most economical of all the estimates I received. I did not use the SPA until my company arrived from North Carolina recently so I could not give a review at the time but since it is now in service I am duty bound and morally obligated to claim the gift, Wired Electric Services, has been to my economy and the quality of my life. I had an excellent experience with Wired Electrical Services. I had called several companies to compare prices, Wired has the best rate of them all (dont forget to sign up to their email list to get access the coupon to print out!). I had scheduled a 7AM appointment. The technician arrived early! We promptly discussed what work was to be performed and he started immediately. The technician had all of the tools and supplies necessary to complete the required work! Wired ES has definitely earned a repeat customer for any future electrical work for me!!

Today I just had Wired Electrical services install a interlock on my panel so I could connect a generator to my homes electrical system. They also installed a plug to connect the generator, a 110 outlet, and a ground rod. The VP, Ben, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The electrician who came to the house, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and conscientious about his work. They seemed to charge a reasonable price (much lower than some) and I was impressed with Anthony and his work. I would certainly call them again. Thanks Guys. Mark

Just had a lot of electrical work completed and I cant say enough about the speed and quality of the work. Had to dig a trench for 130 feet of buried electrical conduit and pull wiring for same. Installed two additional lighting fixtures, replace wrong size electrical breakers for our air conditioning equipment and correct some sloppy work from the original builder of the home in the primary breaker box. Very pleased with Scott the tech that did all of the work and was assisted by Colby.

Wired Electric is the only electric service is the ONLY electrical service company I will use! They put new pendant lights in at my office, put two new outlets in my home, and installed a light fixture on the side of my house. They had great customer service and worked diligently to accommodate not only my wishes for my home and office, but my need for safe installation as well. GREAT JOB! Luis and Luke were especially helpful, and tip: use the coupon they provide on their website.
