Today while installing a new garbage disposal I found I had no electrical power to the outlet which feeds the electric to the disposal. I contacted one of the popular electrical contractors we hear on the TV and radio, and they said they would not be able to come out for about a week because they were still trying to catch up from the recent ice storm. I called Rockwall Electric and spoke to Kevin. I asked if he could send someone out today to get the power restored. Kevin told me his only employee working today was booked through the end of the work day. When I told him I would need someone as soon as possible because the disposal was already removed, and now did not have a working sink, he said, "Let me see if I can help you over the phone". After about 15 minutes on the phone we had the outlet working. I appreciate the treatment from Kevin and will assume I can get the same great service from all the employees at Rockwall Electric. I would highly recommend Rockwall Electric and they will be the electrician I choose for any future electrical services. Thank you to Kevin and the entire Rockwall Electric staff.

I recently had some major electrical work performed on my property and I chose Rockwall Electric based upon ratings, the BBB, and word of mouth referrals. Their quote for the work was fair and reasonable. On the day of the scheduled service I met Dwayne and Chris who are two of the most courteous and professional electricians / contractors I have met in many years. Not only did they answer my questions I had, but they took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what was going to occur throughout the day as to when and where I would have electricity, and at no time did they seem put out or bothered. Not only did they quickly and professionally perform the work, but they policed up after themselves, there was not one piece of metal, wire or insulation to be found after they finished. Even where they had to trench a ditch they returned the area to how they found it. When I need electrical service in the future, I know I have found my go to team with Rockwall Electric!

Kevin at Rockwall Electric saved the day! We were holding a wedding and about an hour before the ceremony two groomsmen were using their blow dryers and all of sudden the grooms suite lost their electricity. Of course as the person in charge I started to run from breaker box to breaker box and nothing was flipped so panic started to set in. I called Rockwall Electric and Kevin got on the phone and walked me through several tests to see what the issue was. Low and behold by talking to me on the phone he determined that I had another breaker box that was hidden in a closet that I had forgotten about. Thank you for your help and saving the day for someones wedding day!
