To start my review, I want to be clear that I think if you only need maintenance, this place seemed to have reasonable prices and the technician I interacted with seemed very knowledgeable. HOWEVER - if you are looking for a new install - RUN AWAY QUICKLY. After an initial troubleshooting session, it was determined that we needed to replace one of our 2 units all together. This was not a huge shock to us, but unfortunately our knowledgeable technician left and sent in a sales guy. AND WOW - this guy was the definition of SALES GUY. He walked into our home and immediately starts talking about changing every single one of our vent covers, he apparently has special ones, while we had "bottom of the line Lowes covers". He then brings out some book that he is entirely too proud of, with essentially 3 package options - all of which also includes replacing our furnace - which we are not having ANY issues with. When asked why we would need to do that, he gave no good answer. We asked if he had any packages that did not include replacing the furnace - he did not. He keeps pointing us to pages in his "special" book - which were outdated and had essentially zero information on it, except a large price tag at the bottom of each page. When we asked about brand names, his response "I dont worry about brand names". Except he very much worries about brand names - they only install one brand, which is at the bottom of every consumer report.. but its "American Made" - so its worth the higher price tag - right? When we told him we needed to sleep on it and asked for his price sheets so we could review our (limited) options, we were told no. He doesnt leave anything with his customers for fear of his competitors stealing his package offerings. WHAT A JOKE! You come into my house proposing to redo all the duct work and replacing every single thing attached the unit, and want us to drop $14,000 .. without leaving us any information to look over? We immediately called Climate Experts after wasting our day with this place, and were so relieved to find reasonable prices and honest answers. Bottom line, do not waste your time with Infinity Texas Air unless you have money to burn!!

First Class Service!!! If you are looking for an air conditioning and heating service company with knowledgeable technicians, who practice integrity and pride of workmanship, you need look no further. Infinity Texas Air Conditioning and Heating is the company for you. Our Two-Stage Heat Pumps with Dual-Fuel Furnaces were installed in our home 3 years ago. From the beginning, we felt the systems were not providing the promised energy savings or comfort. One system failed after only two years, the other after only three years. After the original installation company and two other Amana certified service companies were unsuccessful at determining the cause of the problems, we contacted Infinity Texas Air Conditioning and Heating. Trapper and Jeremy promptly came to our home, and within a very short time determined that the systems were never properly installed or set-up to function as intended by the manufacturer. They spent a couple of hours correcting the installation problems and properly setting up the systems. What a difference!! We are now experiencing the comfort we expected when we decided to use these systems, and the systems now operate as we were told they should by the manufacturer. We are so appreciative of Trapper Barnes and all the folks at Infinity Texas. Mark Ruhmann - Wills Point

First of all, I think anyone who repairs air-conditioners in the State of Texas should be wearing a cape. Super Heros! Or perhaps, since its Texas, they should be wearing white hats! These guys have both installed a new unit and repaired an old unit for me and I must say - I TRUST them. A recently purchased piece of property with two homes- We installed a new unit to the home that is 1500 sf. These guys listened to our needs and made knowledgable suggestions accordingly. The unit they installed is now keeping that home very well cooled and our JULY 2014 utility bill was 82$ WOW! The second home- (1000 sf)- had an older unit that we asked them to help us control the utility bill and make this unit last another 5 years. Again, very important, they LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS. With their experienced service to the unit it is cooling this older home perfectly and keeping the utility bills way down. They come on time, they offer above and beyond service and they listen to your needs and do everything possible to keep the costs within your budget. I, personally, really like having someone I can count on providing me with cool air when the temperatures in Texas can reach 105 in the shade. I doubt thats just me, though....how important is it too you?

Our system is only 8 months old in a new build. The guy that installed our system, did not install properly. When we started having trouble with AC only 8 months in, we called him to repair. When he attempted 3 times and still could not repair, it was time to call someone else. We tried Willard in Forney, and when their dispatcher was ridiculously rude to a new customer over the phone, we tried Infinity Texas Air & Electric. I wish we would have called them sooner. From the dispatcher, to Trapper the tech who returned our call, to Raymond, our ultimate service technician, I cant speak highly enough of the company. I got a text saying Raymond was on his way this morning. He promptly arrived looking professional and even put on booties to come in my house! He located the issue, repaired it quickly and had me cool again in less than 30 minutes. He also showed me in the attic where my ductwork is not sealed at all which is causing cold air to escape and dust to come in my house! No wonder my electricity bills are through the roof! We will continue to use this company from now on and I cant speak highly enough of their customer service and care. Thank you Trapper and Raymond for getting us cool again within 12 hours of my first phone call!!!!

The Infinity Texas Air team recently installed a new unit (inside and out) for my upstairs. The guys were absolutely wonderful and took exceptional care of my house during the installation, covering all floors they needed to walk and they left my house looking as good and clean as when they arrived. The team was very polite and professional as well. We decided to go with the 2 stage unit after discussing our wants/needs with Infinity Texas Air, and let me say, this unit is AWESOME!! We have had the unit for a couple of weeks now and we typically keep the house on 75/day and 71/night. The guys told me to set the unit upstairs at 78/day and 74/night and that it would feel as cool as the downstairs part of the house which is set 3 degrees cooler (something about the ability of this unit to reduce the humidity, Im not an AC guy, so just took their advice). I can honestly say that the upstairs, which is always harder to cool in Texas, actually feels cooler at 78 degrees than the downstairs does at 75 degrees!! No one wants to have to spend the money on a new unit, you would rather spend that money on vacation, but when that time comes you want to work with a company you can trust and for us that company is Infinity Texas Air.
