As a former employee, I found their business practices to be questionable, both with clients and employees. I was exposed to a hostile work environment on a daily basis including false accusations from paranoid staff and management. Management fosters a culture that thrives on creating conflict and a fear driven system resulting in extremely high turnover. They operate outside of many legal parameters, such as hourly employees work over 40 hours a week on a consistent basis without any overtime pay. Practices such as this are concerning.
