My son has been taking hip hop classes since the Centre reopened under new ownership a year and a half ago. I have watched it it rejuvenate into bustling dance studio for all ages. I continue to be impressed by the staffs level of expertise. These people are PASSIONATE about dance. Whats more, The Centre is dedicated in instilling confidence and creativity in its students. Owner Susan Armijo and her staff continually push for excellence, having already won several awards for the Centres competitive performance teams. Im also a student of the adult hip hop classes, which are a great way for me to have fun and stay in shape. The studio has a pleasant family atmosphere that is warm and friendly. Im very thankful to have found The Centre For Dance and its amazing staff and programs. Highly recommend.

The Centre for Dance is a Great place to send your child, whether it is their first class, if your daughter needs help with her kicks/splits for drillteam, for pro-prep classes to try out for big Dallas teams, or if your boy/girl just has a strong love for hip-hop. What I admire most about this studio is the staff, they are so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable at their studio. Another thing is, most boys are afraid to go try dance, even though theyre potentially amazing hip-hop dancers...but the Centre has some very talented young boys and they have a great time at the studio. Its fun to watch. My dance team is lucky enough to be sponsored by this studio so we are up there often and are so thankful to have a great space to practice.

This is the hottest dance studio in North Dallas! The staff is very knowledgeable in all types of dance, friendly and always available for questions. There is something for children of all ages, even as young as 18 mths and as well as for adults. If you are looking for a more hands on approach with a friendly staff and a competitively priced dance studio you must check it out! The entire staff is great with kids and makes even the oldest person that has no experience in dance feel comfortable. I personally have had the pleasure of taking some of the adult classes, which included hip hop heels and boy is it a workout!! I look forward to participating in future classes!

I love the Centre for Dance - For both my daughter and me!! My daughter has been in a cheerleading combo class at the Centre for Dance for a few months now, and she absolutely loves it. She comes out of class smiling, feeling confident and eager to return the following week. I have taken a couple of adult classes there, and they were awesome! The instructors are top notch and the owners are wonderful. I love the variety of classes offered for both the kids and adults. And occasionally, the Centre for Dance will host a well-known choreographer which always brings in a packed house. Very impressive "dance and more" studio. I would recommend to everyone!

Centre for Dance offers a variety of dance classes that you just cant find at many dance studios in the Dallas Area. I specifically wanted to attend a drill team/kick class and that has been very difficult to find. I recently started attending Heathers class on Monday nights and its AMAZING. She does a great job of splitting the hour and a half class up into flexibility training, technique building, core strengthening, cardio exercise and actual kick execution. Ive also attended Ashleys Pro League Prep class and found those to be very helpful, especially when learning "Dallas Area Dance Style." Id highly recommend both classes!

With so many options in DFW of where to take your children to dance or to find a studio to dance at yourself, beyond the quality of teaching itself, you want to feel valued. The centre for dance makes you feel welcome and appreciated that you are choosing to spend your time and money at their facility. Speaking as an adult dancer, that has both taught and taken at several studios in the area, the quality of the teachers, choreography, and attitudes is immeasurable. You will definitely be returning here after your first visit....and you will take your friends too :)

A true Diamond in the world of dance.This studio is awesome. The staff and instructors care about your child . From their growth and development as a person to their growth and development as a true Dancer. They want to help create not only wonderful dancers (not just someone who can do choreography for a competition), but also wonderful people who truly care about each other.That is a hard thing to find out there in the dance world. If you are looking for a place for your dancer this is the place.

This studio is fabulous! Its under new ownership and things could not get any better! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly...there is a positive aura that draws you in. The staff are all all-stars being on professional dance teams currently and formerly. The studios are clean and roomy and they always seem to have exciting events going on and guest teachers on the cutting edge.

Centre for Dance is such an AMAZING dance studio! They offer a wide variety of dance classes at the most convenient times! Ive been dancing at Centre for Dance for the past 3 years! I love taking their Hip-Hop classes and their Pro League Prep classes! The studio is super friendly and family-oriented! If you havent been to the studio you have no idea what youre missing out on!!!

Ive never taken a dance class before and tried this place out. It was REALLY fun. All the classrooms were booming with music and people were having such a great time. The instructors and owners are so nice and made me feel very comfortable for being a first timer.Next class Im really excited about is the Bollywood class at the end of February. Really fun classes.

Center for dance is the best dance studio Ive ever been to. The facility is beautiful and the owner is wonderful!! Classes range from young children to adults so there is definitely a class for everyone!! If you havent taken a dance class in a while or ever definitely stop at center for dance!! Great choreography great classes and always lots of fun!!

I love Centre for Dance! There are so many classes to choose from and Ive never seen a studio with such variety. My favorite class is the Pro League Prep. It really prepares you for dancing on professional teams, Ashley Schmid always does an amazing job with the choreography!

My daughter has been going to The Centre For Dance since it opened. They have wonderful teachers and a great group of kids. She loves going and has started competing. It really feels like one big family there!
