Was not pleased with the overall service. Jeter and Son took word of mouth from my exs living girlfriend and they placed her name down on his death certificate as title "wife" when in fact she was not. This girl couldnt even get qualified for SSI benefits for the same reason, not a wife but trying to play the system for benefits. Well she got away with one... Now that I am trying to refinance my home that my ex and I signed for together, I cant for my deceased exs girlfriend is now entitled to a portion of it. Needless to say this girl is nowhere to be found. What I am most upset with Jeter and Son funeral home is that they didnt take the right documentation from the living parties to substain what they are putting down on legal documents. I was told by Jeter and Son funeral home that they recomend for me to hire a lawyer and that regardless will not be able to get this fixed unless this girl signs and admits to her lies. Yeah fat chance. So please ensure everything they put down on paper is what it should be. I know that this is a hard time to be on your toes but some people just dont care and others are in it for the money.

My family and I have asked for Jeter & Sons service and help twice all within the matter of a month. One was for my Grandmother whom already had prearrangements set and the other was for my Aunt that had no arrangements set. I can honestly say they handled both situations the same and made both situations extremely smooth. The beautiful thing about working with them is that they understand and care about your feelings and handle your unfortunate task with the utmost care and respect. Furthermore, they listen to your needs and will try to accommodate you the best they can. It is a family own business, but this is a big asset because they treat you like family, when you most need it. They truly are a blessing and I will highly encourage everyone to seek their services first, you will not be disappointed!

They are a family owned business that has served my family and friends for a few years now in our unfortunate situations. My family and friends are always appreciative of the honesty and genuine respect that we are shown every time we use them. They are very professional, dedicated, and caring individuals. They did not rush or push anything on us, and understand you are choosing them at a very sensitive time in your life. I urge anyone who is in need of a funeral home or crematory in Dallas or the surrounding areas to make Jeter and Son your first phone call, you will not be disappointed.
