Crystal is anazing! This was my first time planning a Celebration of Life Service and all I knew was i wanted this to be very sweet and personal for my son, Alex Sanchez Jr which he absolutely deserved! He suffered tremendously at the end and we find peace in knowing that he is at peace and truly believe he was chosen by God to live in his kingdom where theres no pain, suffering or battles. I was very fortunate to have my sister n law Claudia accompany me to help guide me through this and I must say Crystal was very thorough and accommodating! She informed us of everything we would need and even had a location close to us for the service. North Dallas Funeral Home was very warm and inviting. We were able to provide our own playlist and able to set up a "share a memory" table and a shirt signing table. We had 2 videos full of beautiful memories to songs selected by Jrs brother Josh and sister Erin. Our pastor Jesse Valdez blessed my Jr with afterlife and spoke powerful words of comfort. Our service was concluded with my granddaughter Elesina honoring her daddy with a balloon signing while a song selected by her was played and a balloon release at the end of the song. Everything was very beautiful and peaceful to honor the loving and kind person my son was. I now have my 29 year old baby home with me in a beautiful wood urn that I purchased through Aria. Thank you for everything Crystal, Aria Cremation and North Dallas Funeral Home you will always have a special place in my heart - Cynthia Aranda

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aria. When my father passed, they were absolutely exceptional to work with - particularly Amanda, who worked closely with us and who dotted every "i" and crossed every "t." I live in PA and my father was in Dallas, so it was logistically difficult as I was back and forth during the time of his death. Amanda, who served in the military, brought to our attention that my father - based on his Air Force background - could be interred in any National Cemetery in the country. We would not have known that if not for her. Amanda dealt with the countless details to arrange for his full honors military service at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. This was a HUGE undertaking! (No pun...) Regarding the comment on Arias other location about Arias pricey urns - Amanda and her team were extremely sincere and NEVER forced us into anything, in fact recommended at one point that I wait to purchase something in PA or online if I couldnt find anything that fit the bill at Aria. And guess what - urns are at least $80 wherever you go! I was so pleased with Amandas calming demeanor, her take-charge attitude, her attention to detail, that when my step-mother passed recently - my dads wife of 20 years - we immediately turned to Aria to help in our time of need. Anyone who tells you that theyll get less than exceptional attention and service must be referring to a different funeral service.

I contacted Crystal Bovaird nearly two years ago when my fathers health declined dramatically. She sat down with me and helped me plan so that the major preparations for his funeral and burial (yes, burial) were not left to the last minute. It was evident that she was honest, compassion and respectful of her clients loved ones. We were blessed to have Dad for 22 months after I first met Crystal and selected Aria. When I contacted her on that awful day last month, she handled everything with the utmost compassion. She made sure all the details were handled and even called just to see how I was doing. Crystal arranged for the most beautiful honor guard service at Dads grave site. We were all so moved; Dad would have been so proud and honored. I dont know how she does it, but she is so compassionate and attentive to a familys needs during the most emotionally painful time; she is truly a blessing. I highly recommend Aria on Preston Road to anyone in need of this service. Aria and specifically Crystal helped us through some of our darkest days and made it possible for us to honor my father in the way he deserved.

We chose Aria for my fathers funeral arrangements and burial (yes, they do burials also). I cannot say enough good things about Aria and their staff. My father passed away last August and I had no experience with making funeral arrangements.I really needed someone to help since this was uncharted territory for me. I met with several funeral home representatives and ultimately chose Aria. Crystal, their funeral director, was more helpful than I ever could have hoped for. She really was great. She is precisely why I chose Aria and why I would recommend them to anyone. When I met with the other funeral homes, I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of my family, but I felt like Crystal was entirely honest and forthcoming with information and pricing. Ultimately, we chose burial instead of cremation and Aria accommodated that with no problems. Whats more is I have a relative that is frankly a bit crazy and she is always up to no good. Crystal did a great job of running interference for my family and keeping the crazy relative from ruining the funeral. I really appreciate all of her hard work.

Losing my mother was the toughest thing ever but add on top of that the fact that the "prepaid " service my mother thought she had paid for thru another service to save her family the stress of making arrangements was a sham ,well we were more than upset. I called Aria expecting an answering service at 9pm at night, but no...a live person! A live LOCAL real person! I was so relived by the time I got off the phone with them , my faith in humanity restored. The next day my sister and I went on to finalize my mothers arrangements and I have to say these were the nicest people I could have ever imagined under these circumstances. They were honest, helpful, no fancy bsing us and so incredibly good to work with. Please check them out. They put us at ease and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for helping my family thru this difficult time.

You know... Cremation isnt really a service you develop an expertise in. You have to rely on your gut feelings to decide what is best and then just hope that you dont regret it. I can say that we contacted ARIA sight unseen to help us following our mothers death and we were so pleased by the experience. Amanda Roman was patient, incredibly knowledgable, and was not trying to up-sell at every opportunity. Their facilities were nice and they provided the personal touch with follow-up conversations and question-answering. Really a superb job. I would strongly recommend anyone look to Aria during what is a fast, confusing, and emotional time.

We held funeral services for my Father at Aria this past Monday. We did the funeral and visitation with cremation. Aria was priced very competitively, I called 4 different places, and Aria was the least expensive. I also contacted Local Cremation Services which was about the same price, but they were further away Royal. This Aria location is about 10 minutes from my house. Amanda was great to work with, very patient, and very accomodating. She is very nice. The chapel was nice and modern and we got the entire building to ourselves. I strongly recommend Aria to celebrate the passing of your loved ones. Share review
