"It went just great! I could not have asked for a better experience. I incurred hail damage back in early 2016 and enlisted several Angieslist-service companies to bid the repair job. Due to a number of factors the work got put off until recently. Roofing Giant is one of the several companies I targeted back in 2016 to give me an estimate. Some of the contractors lost interest in my work since time passed but not Roofing Giant. Oleg stayed in touch with me and continued to address any concerns I had. Admittedly, I require a lot of any company doing work for me since I am detailed oriented and want things done a specific way. Oleg addressed all my questions and even accommodated a 4-sheet addendum I added to the agreement that we signed. As it worked out, I only had one other company to compare costs to. A third company graciously bowed out of the bidding since it could not get to the work for several months. Anyway, Roofing Giants bid was significantly lower than the other companys bid. Given this and Oleg being so great to work with, I chose Roofing Giant to do the work. The actual work went great too. The crew supervisor, Chuey, was just wonderful to work with. He spoke excellent English and was most willing to do whatever I asked him to do. As already stated I am pretty exacting and I wanted things done a specific way and Chuey came though admirably without throwing me off the roof. <:) Yes, I even went on the roof to inspect various things being done and Chuey did not mind at all. This is a strong indicator of a company doing great work and not ashamed of anything they do. if you choose Roofing Giant to do your work, ask if Chueys crew could do the work. You will not be disappointed. The guys cleaned up really well after the work and seemed to work really well as a team. I was proud to know all of them and was so impressed I gave them all a small monetary gift along with a Gideon New Testament. Bottomline: Give Roofing Giant a chance to bid your work, and hopefully chose them to do the job. You will not be disappointed. As a free sidenote, I highly recommend Malarkey Legacy shingles too. Their pre-sales support was great!"

I scheduled an appointment with this company for 6 PM yesterday for an estimate.. It was a time they provided. I had to line up my HOA representatives and the tenant so that the inspection would complete in the presence of the HOA who was going to fund the project. No one showed up from Roofing Gaint for over an hr. I called in their call center and they said they would check with whoever was going to come and they would call back immediately. I waited for 20 mins after the first call. When no one called me back I ringed call in center again and new guy who answered said the same thing. I waited for another 25 mins for a call and no one responded again. I had to show my sorry face to the HOA and my tenant and call it off. No explanation was given for the missed appointment.I just went by the google reviews. I have concerns about how reliable this company is. For a reason I had to convince my HOA that this company had good reviews. Now they think otherwise.

Working with Roofing Giant was a pleasure. Oleg helped us when we had several leaks in our roof and werent sure how to approach the situation. He guided us through the insurance claim process and explained how he could help us replace the entire roof when he found hail and wind damage from a storm several years ago. We were very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and patience he provided. The roof replacement was also very professional, quick and painless. Wow, they did what they said they would do. These guys are insurance experts. My roof was initially denied, but when these guys got on the roof with an adjuster we not only got the roof approved but also got a brand new garage door, fence, gutters, window screens, and our A/C re-combed. They even painted the interior of the house for a leak I didnt know existed. The ease of it was amazing. I was so surprised that everything worked out smoothly even though I was very skeptical. I would highly recommend getting them involved.

Dont ever use this company. We paid a premium for an inspection report and were told wed receive it that day. When we asked the inspector for it he sent rude text and said he wont write the report until Monday. The only reason we paid for something that is usually free is we needed it on Saturday. Not only was the inspector rude but so was their customer service.

Oleg was friendly, professional and focused on getting our hail damaged roof replaced. He suggested to replace our turbines with a ridge vent as it would be more efficient for our roof type. Oleg is client oriented and went over our insurance concerns. I highly recommend Roofing Giant and plan to use them to replace our siding.

These guys did my neighbors roof so I decided to try them out. Once they found the hail damage the sailing was smooth from there. They worked with my insurance from start to finish and I had a new roof up a lot quicker than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them if you think you need a new roof.
