I want to love this place because it is literally 20 yards from my front door, but very little customer service, and uncomfortable chairs make a $30 30 minute pedicure a little insane. No one speaks very good English, but when they do try, and you respond, they talk to eachother and giggle, so I am just not sure they are appreciative of my business. Felt like I was interrupting something. I had to ask the lady doing my toes to fix them...get the extra polish off my skin, touch them up. I thought the decor was very busy and not very clean. Since I just moved here, I really wanted to call this place "my nail salon," but I will have to keep looking.

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon, I got a mani/pedi. The experience was great! They took their time and paid special attention when doing the color. The staff was quiet, which I didnt mind after a long day at work. The tropical design is kinda wacky but I like it! Downtown location was with in walking distance from work. I will definately go back, especially when im trying to avoid 5 oclock traffic after getting off work. I would definately recomend

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They ripped me off (charged me $50 and the local before me $38) and then argued with me about it, even though I was standing right there when I saw what she got and what they charged her. Then I get home and my polish is all uneven in color, and they didnt even push my cuticles back or anything! Avoid at all costs. Maybe better if youre a local. Theyll be sure to ask you.

Just went. The fellow who did my pedicure was attentive, thorough, and took great care in the color. Im only visitng town, but would definitely recommend. Tropical theme ... Just go with it. Comfy seating with pillows.

Read the mixed reviews, but decided to go there because of their location. Convenient downtown lcoation literally steps from my work. The girl who did my waxing was friendly and I thought the price for it was good.

Visiting my fiance & needed a little pampering time. The "tropical" theme is a bit outdated, but the service was great! They really take their time in what they do. Id def come back. $30 for a pedi, not too shabby.

I saw Johnny for a gel manicure and he did a beautiful job transforming very short nails with unkempt cuticles into a lovely squared off shape. He applied multiple coatings of the gel and it looked great.

Terrible. Dirty areas and not steralized equipment. They used soap for the pedi massage at end vs. lotion and charged $30 for a 20 min pedi with no polish. Dont go!!!

Very beautiful inside. Such a chill vibe. However, they only have one nail technician in there so its important to make a reservation. The lady is very good though!

Massage was great mani-pedi was horrible toes and fingers hurt. Made me feel uncomfortable about my nail care. Made me feel stupid.
