Do NOT go to this place. They are money hubgry leaches and will automatically collect your money upfront so they can provide low quality service. The room was cold and the "therapist" they provide doesnt apply any pressure greater than a 5 year old can provide. My partners sheets stunk and yet he was put face down while providing a weak and very brief massage. They do not honor Groupon as well and claim that Fridays are considered weekends even though everyone in the world deems Saturdays and Sundays as weekends. They excuse was "well we are closed on weekends so Friday is what we turned into a weekend." The manager Joeseph is very unprofessional and extremely rude by NOT returning phone calls and totally ignores you when you file a formal complaint. He will sweat his ass off to provide any documentation possible when you file a merchant dispute with your bank. Also, the hot stones used on us was gross because the massage guy kept dropping them on the floor then picking it up to massage our skins. Please question and ask to see your therapists license before you get worked on. They dont even display it for the public to see. Horrible experience and please spend more money on a reputable place because you seriously pay for when you get at this horrendous place! And also, they will bluntly ask you to leave a tip in the end with no shame. Definitely desperation for money!

This place is the absolute worst. Do NOT go. Paid for a couples massage in a package, but was forced to pay extra for the couples room, which I was told was excluded from the package.... Since I had printed the form off, I showed them where they said couples room included. The manager came from the back office and caused a scene. Yelled at me in front of other customers, talked over me, was INCREDIBLY rude. I will absolutely never return and you shouldnt waste your money here. With all the other amazing spas and better pricing, this place isnt worth the trouble. Even if management wasnt totally atrocious, the rooms would earn the same review. The bed squeaked and rocked through the entire massage, the walls are paper thin and you could hear the conversations in the lobby and music in the other massage rooms. With the exception of the masseuses hands, everything was cold.... the sheets, the room, the towels. Totally, totally awful. And Im not a massage snob - I dont go more than once every year or two, so Im pretty easy to impress on this front and I have nothing positive to say about this place.

If I could leave a lower star amount, I would. What an absolute disappointment. So start, they messed up my reservation, and set it for the wrong day, so we had to fix that. Then they had lost my medical history, so I had to re-fill that out. And even though I was early, and filled out the stuff before 4, when my massage was scheduled, they still took 10+ minutes before I was taken to the room, which was run down. There were holes in the ceiling, and it was really decrepit. My massage didnt actually start til 4:15, and it ended at 4:59, so I didnt even get the full 50 minutes I paid $65 for. The "hot towel" was lukewarm and damp, the therapist was meh. The only good part was the hot stones felt nice. I had a decent experience two years ago, and now that I had a new job that paid me enough for regular massages I was hoping to make this place my go-to. Sadly thats not the case. Theyll never get my business ever again.

I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule an appointment. I requested a deep tissue massage. The receptionist scheduled the appointment and then said that I should be prepared to pay for the services at the time of the appointment. I then told him that I had just purchased a Groupon. He said oh that makes a difference. That therapist that I booked you with does not take Groupon clients. I said oh my goodness. That is very discriminating. He then tried to schedule me with another therapist. Then he said he couldnt find any availability. Please dont attempt to schedule with this place unless you have cash.

There is a new massage spa on Greenville that my boyfriend wanted to try. We got a couples massage and it was so nice and soothing experience. My boyfriend had a hard time getting off the table. Now the place was clean and smelled like lemon stuff.( moping stuff maybe.) The front desk girls were so friendly and offered wine while we filled out paperwork.My boyfriend liked the deep tissue massage But I like the hot stone massage. We were so pleased we made appts again. I was really impressed since I did not know since reading reviews from another location. Great massages from Jasmine and Joseph!

Im not sure why this place received such bad reviews, but my experience was great. Im glad I took my chances. No-frills massage parlor with a nice ambience and staff. I was able to book my appointment the same day I called. And I had such a nice experience, I will be back. The two reasons I wont give it 5 stars: my phone call was not answered in the first 5 rings, so I almost under the impression the place was closed in the middle of the day; and my massage was shorted a few minutes. Otherwise, great experience!

Horrible service. I bought a massage for my girlfriend and included the tip. When she went there, they lied and said the tip wasnt included and ASKED her to tip them!! I confronted the girl at the counter and she said she had no way of refunding the tip. My girlfriend was supposed to have a 90 minute treatment and they only did 60 minutes. She said the massage was not that good. DO NOT go here. This place lies, steals and has unprofessional people. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this place begged for it.

No experience didnt go to the spa because they have a Groupon for $112 that ends today but theyre not accepting any Groupons for Valentines Day or coupons period bcuz its a bizzy business day.. NOTE: ITS NOT A NATIONAL HOLIDAY EVERYBODY ISNT OFF WORK AND I WAS BUYING OVER $100. Horrible customer service over the phone.

What do you expect from a massage therapist barely out of massage school for a couple months. This was the 2nd massage I have been to in Dallas and it ranked 2nd worst massage. Whats ironic is my worst massage was less then a mile from this place. Where are the good therapists located?

The boyfriend and I had our first couples massage last night and it was the best experience ever! Everyone there was super nice, from Joseph booking the appointment, the front desk receptionist, to Jonathan and Crystal the masseuse. We are definitely going back!

I have many major surgeries in my life so I get massages a lot. This is the best place in Dallas Ive found so far. I see Stephanie once a week for an hour and half. This place is also very affordable. I highly recommend it.
