It was my first time at massage envy but not my first massage. I got a hour deep tissue massage and was very disappointed in my massage. I felt like it was rushed, started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. I felt like the whole time they just wanted me to sign up for a membership. The massage want not very thorough and did not help at all with my back pains. The masseuse went over several knots in my back and pointed them out saying "you have a really big knot there." And then kept going. I thought she would go back and work out those knots but she didnt. Overall was not impressed with the service. Maybe there other masseuses are better but I will not be going back.

I went here for a facial a for Mothers Day my son treated me to one. It was ABSOLUTELY the best facial I ever HAD. My skin therapist Chika explained everything to me as well as told me how to take care of my skin afterwards. I have already booked with her three months in advance to secure my slot. Make sure to book with her she will give you the five star treatment and she is very knowledgeable and informative.

I have been going here since it opened last year. Very clean and Ive had great luck with the massage therapists. I loved seeing Tyler and was very sad to see him leave to go to the Montfort location. He was/is awesome at deep tissue/sports therapy massage.
