This is the worst nail shop Ive ever been to. The OWNER Ruby is all around rude. I told her how I wanted my nails and she said "oh its not halloween". She was rushing me as well when I had an appointment just like everyone else. One of the nails she applied was crooked and I told her that and she said with the attitude she thinks she can have with paying customers (clearly doesnt know anything about customer service since she think shes the owner she can do what she wants) "its not going to look like that when Im done". So I just let her finish, being as patient and a nice person I am, and I wanted my nails black but I guess since shes the "OWNER" and all she didnt approve of that and gave me other options, so I got a little indecisive because I mean she put all of these choices in my face so then I told her I think Im going to do black and she got to barely the 3rd nail and I said "well I think I want to do one of the colors you picked out" because I assumed she was being nice but she told me "too late" and kept painting them after I asked for another color and she was on my 3rd finger. so then another customer walked in and she told me "Im going to have to charge you because we dont want to keep the customer waiting" as if IM NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER AS WELL. She BELITTLED me as if I did not matter. She even tried arguing with me after I told her well you gave me other options, where Im from the customer is ALWAYS right and should be treated with respect, a department she lacks in. So I then told her "whatever just finish" and I also made I said "Im not coming back" and RUBY THE OWNER made the statement "thats fine with me" I guess she thinks since shes the owner she can act like the customer is waiting on her. Once I was finished she didnt even dry my nails, she said they dont have dryers there but Im pretty sure there I saw the lady who was sitting next to me getting her nails dried. Ruby also said for me not to come back, like I was going to to begin with. It was so terrible and she pissed me off so bad I left me shoes there and didnt even go back. I will never go there again, and Im also filing an even bigger complaint than this review but I just want people to know how she is to people who she thinks she can treat differently than others. Shes just a sorry individual who doesnt deserve to own a shop.

I had successfully been going into this salon for almost a year without any issue but then the other day I went in and asked to have my long nails done with the dipping powder. The technician filed my nails down on the sides so narrow that they no longer looked like normal nails. I asked her to stop several times. Finally the manager came over and got another girl on my nails but I had to cut them completely down, lost all my length and had to redo everything. I sat there for almost 2 hours and then the manager STILL charged me full price! Poshe also charges you to clean up your cuticles which I got charged for as well which was not properly done. Sad but I will never return!! Do not try to charge customers that you screwed up their nails FULL PRICE!

Poshe gave me exactly what I asked for. Initially the front desk guy was rude when I went to look at the polish options. He rudely said theyd bring the polishes to me. It was my first time there so I didnt know how they did things. I considered leaving right then, but Im glad I stayed. He ended up being pretty pleasant after that. Ashley, the girl that did my nails was really great. She was attentive and polite, and I was very pleased with her work. I will go to her from now on. I just wish they had more nexgen color options. My regular shop has tons to choose from, but Poshe is a lot closer to me and has better prices. They would be perfect if they had more nexgen options. Oh, and sprite instead of just coke.

I usually go to another salon that is not as close to my house because their nexgen/dip nails last 3 weeks and they give great pedicures. However, I needed a closer option last week, but will NEVER come back to Poshe. I had a darker color done which I know the powder sometimes gets around the nail, but it was awful and she had to spend an extra 10 minutes trying to get it off my cuticles and then repolish on top. Within 1 day, I had one nexgen nail break and within 3 days, I had 3 more break. I am on day 7 and 5 nails have broken, but I just dont have time to go back and see if they would even fix for free. The pedicure was ok, but Im so disappointed about my nails.

My nails were all different sizes and shapes. I believe they gave me new tech that didnt know what she was doing. I took off full set and she asked if I wanted same length like sheeee doesnt want to do it. Taking off may nails she asked another tech to take off my pinky nails, why? Then that individual tore my natural nail and made me bleed, makes you wonder about their experience. I was charged $40 for a take off and full set for plain acrylic ... not gel, not powder, not colored powder tips??? When she finished I air dried really? Noooo fan or black light setting... Ive never really disliked even bad jobs this was the worst.

If I could give it fewer stars I would. The girl that did my pedicure was borderline rude, she never spoke to me or smiled or made eye contact, and she was not gentle with my feet when trying to position them where she wanted them, very nearly smacking me to get me to move. Then the color I chose was old and clumpy and instead of offering me a different choice she went ahead and used it. The girl that did my manicure was nicer but the manicure was horrible. Again with the gross polish, and the top coat wasnt applied completely, and its chipping a day later. I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon.

I rarely write reviews. However, out of the many many times I have spent in a nail salon, this shop has been the best experience in the last ten years. I enjoy that it is so clean, it is quiet, there is not all that usual staff conversations going on -in their language. I am going today, thought I would write a review since I was not sure of their hours and looked it up. I will say that including the above, it is nice to be served a beverage (wish it were a wine choice), and to relax in the recliner. The no. one issue for me is the peace, no loud t.v. and yaking. I already have my "go to" nail place and am very particular about going else where, but a coworker raved about this place. When I got there most of the seats were full and I figured Id need to wait (which is ok), but I got a chair quickly. To make a long story short, I had two ladies working on me. I loved the color selections and their efficiency. They had a little discussion in Vietnamese, but that didnt bother me. The atmosphere was peaceful. Oh, and I was done in less than an hour. I was bummed because I was enjoying it. This will be my second go to in the future!
