went in today and there wasnt any customers.... should have been my #1 hint to leave... but it wasnt.. the place was filthy. polish and dirty water splatters all over the walls! I got my nails done, a full set. In almost EVERY nail there were SEVERAL air bubbles. and 2 of my nails looked as if they werent even clear coated. (they were gel nails) which is a HUGE HUGE NO NO!!!!! I asked for a very simple chevron design on my ring fingers and i felt as if i had asked them for a gold diamond..... 2 different people tried to do it and they both did AWFUL! I was embarrassed for them! I also asked for my nails to be very short and not be sticking up over the back sides of my fingers and they are ALL well over the tops by about 2 cm!!!!! needless to say.... I will be back there after work to get them fix and will NEVER go back there again!!! EVER!!!

I just got my nails done here like 30 minutes ago and long story short, I will not be returning. I did not see how bad of a job the guy did until I got home in decent lighting and I am utterly disgusted at how childish and unprofessional my nails look! This is the most I have ever paid for a full set and this was the most ugliest work I have ever had. The guy who did my nails only did two thin coats and I can literally still see my nail bed! Not only that, my cuticles look awful and he messed up on my shape! I paid $47 for very crappy work and I will not be returning. He was nice but the nail polish is sparse and the shape is awful. DO NOT GO HERE! It is way overpriced and you can find somewhere else that does a way better job for way cheaper.

Not only were there a whole bunch of bubbles but also air pockets in my nails. I got them done on Monday and by Wednesday the moisture had built up in the air pocket. I went back today so they can replace it and the lady is going to sit there and argue with me saying it is underneath the nail and not in-between. If it was underneath I would have been able to dry it. She offered me only a two dollar discount for the next time I go over but I told her i was not going to keep the nail on because I do not want a fungal infection on my nail or something. After alot of fuss on their part they finally redid it and I left. You can not pay me enough to go back to that place again!

I dont know what any of these women are talking about. Ive been going to them since they opened. I love this place, and Im not an easy person to please. Theyve always done a good job on my nails, never had a problem, and every time I go in they are packed, so the woman that said nobody was there, must have gotten lucky because that isnt usually the case. This is the first review Ive ever posted and when I saw all the negative remarks I had to post something positive. I think theyre great. As a matter of fact, Im getting ready to go there now. :)

By far the worst nail salon I have ever been! The staff is rude and dont provide any customer service. I wanted a fill on my gel nails and the tech ruined them so they had to remove them. When I told the guy that the powdered color was not the one I wanted he got mad and did the worst job. I like my nails square tip and half of them are oval, yet he said it was because of my finger, like that determines how squared a acrylic nail is. Now I have to go Monday to get them fixed. Biggest waste of money and time ever.

Perhaps theyve changed their staff or rebuked them because I dont see evidence of rudeness or unprofessionalism. Every time I leave this place I feel cared for like a family member. Like many nail shops, you have to find the person who excels at the style you want. Ive only worked with two techs, but both times my nails didnt look horrid before & after one week, which has been my experience at several salons prior to coming here. Thank you, Zuri Nails! Keep up the good work

Ive been going for over 5 years. The low reviews Im reading are not accurate. Since I have gone to Zuri I have had many friends join me and are now returning customers. We have not encountered rude customer service.

Got a pedicure and color change for my nails. They only had to nail techs in. Pedicure was great, nail color change was horrible. Nail tech did a sloppy job and wasnt even looking at my nails as he did them.

Have been here a couple times with wife. Place is professional. I see licenses out readily available. Someone was making a fuss during my visit. I did not have a problem there during this visit.
