VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL I called almost a week in advance to make an appointment. I got booked for the earliest they could. I arrived and they were not open. Waited for around 15 min and still nothing. There was a couple ahead of me and they walked out saying the person at front desk was rude, and told them they would have to wait more time because the staff was not there yet. I left because I was already behind my schedule, so called back to see if they could do a later time and accepted. I arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait 20 min because the masseuse was busy. I was finally inside and took forever to come & start. Throughout the massage kept stopping to do things at front desk and was doing everything in a rush. I said thank you as I exited the place, and the man said " No! No! Stop! Tip?" Very unprofessional. Im very generous when tipping for any services received, however when people act as he did forgetting that Im the "customer" I just gave him the few dollars I had in cash. Never going again. Ive had full hour massages for less and way better service.

Decided to go there and try out due to their special for $29. My friend and I walked in on Friday @ 5:15p. They informed us they really wont have anyone to help us till 6:30 so we said we would be back, we walked down to Torchy Tacos and had dinner and came back. When we came back they said they needed us to come back in another 30 min. So we went to Joy Foot down to the street at Coit & Campbell. Highly recommend Joy Foot! They got us in right away and had the best massage. Dont waste your time at Foot Spa!
