Ive been going to facelogic since shortly after it opened. Ive had a few other facials and treatments and was always disappointed by the experience (impersonal, careless, expensive) but I love my facials at facelogic. I like the comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Its okay to ask questions, and I get answers/explanations in ways that make sense. Ive been very concerned about sagging skin - genetics was not in my favor - but with regular treatments and the use of quality products, Im aging much more gracefully than I had feared. There is hope :-)

Lousy customer service! I bought my wife a facial as a gift, intending it to be a relaxing appointment. After arriving right as they opened, she filled out the necessary paperwork and sat down with the technician, who immediately told her that she was 20 minutes late and she would not be able to do the massage portion of the treatment. When I tried to get a refund on the gift card, the manager said she was unable to do it without the original credit card. A great case study in how to NOT have repeat customers!

Eminence facial products are what I use at home and I am so happy I found this spa and they use Eminence and were able to get me in with a last minute cancellation!
