Called ahead of time to make sure that I had enough cash to pay for the mani gel and pedi. Was told it was 45 with the discount that they offer Monday to Thursday. Went in and a younger woman talked to me while she was doing someone elses nails. I proceeded to ask if the price that I was given on the phone was the price for what I wanted. Another lady came and started talking to me at the same time and then the younger woman loudly told me that I was wrong and that it wasnt 45 dollars. That I had to get this and that combination. She was so rude and when I mentioned this she just laughed and then proceeded to talk about me and laugh at me with the woman who was her client at the moment. Dont waste your money there. They are rude and inconsiderate and dont know how to talk to costumers plus they lie about prices and raise and lower them according to their whims. Spend your money even if its more where they will treat you well.

I gave this place several tries. Not once was I ever asked if I would like anything to drink as I sat and watched everyone else get offered margaritas, wine, soda or water. The man who seems to run the place, I believe his name Kevin, is very rude. He does what he wants to do and charges you for things you never agreed to do or where even aware you would be charged more for. He is very greedy. The quality of nail service has been just as bad. The times I have pointed out acrylic was missing in parts of my nail, I was responded with eye rolling and then talking in their native language; which I can only assume is negative as other nail techs turn to look at me and join in the conversation. This place is over priced and totally not worth the money or time spent there! Im assuming the rating there is a 4 only because they come on here and rate themselves so high. ..they are definitely not even close to 2 stars! !

They did a terrible job on my nails and when I asked for my money back. I was violently attacked and beaten up by the owner, his wife and two others in the shop. The owner attacked me from the back and hit me in the head. The wife and two others joined in and was hitting, punching and kicking me. I have numerous of bruises, scratches and my body is extremely sore all over, the owner also punched me in my left ear so hard the entire left side of my body hurts. The case is pending with Mesquite Police Dept. "This is no joke" this really happened today 11/3/2013 around 4:00 pm. " I am urging you to stay away from Red Nails" CAH

If I could give this place a 0, I would!!!!! To begin with, their nail material is cheap. I went and got my nails done on a Saturday and went back to work on Monday- next thing you know, one of my nails broke off while I was TYPING!!! I also asked the lady to give me a manicure or cut my cuticle and she said, "After I am done with your nails, I give you a manicure." She did a BAD job and left cuticle. To top it off, she still went ahead and charged me $5.00. Lastly, pricing is upon judgment when walking their door. I am NEVER going back to this place, again! I am sticking to Top Nails!

Extremely disappointed in this place. Only reason we tried it was because if the coupon from local. AFTER all services had been done we were told coupon was no good. Establishment claims google calls them all the time and manager states they say no to this service. Up until the end we were intending to return. Will not be returning now. Do not come here expecting to use a local coupon. Also if you want to use one of thier coupons from their website make sure you print it out. They will not accept it from your phone

Ive been a customer at Red Nails for many years. I always receive wonderful service and Im always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Kellie does a wonderful job on my nails and people always want to know where I get them done. Ive seen some reviews from people complaining about service, quality, etc at Red Nails and I always wonder what they were trying to get for free, because Ive NEVER seen anyone treated poorly here. Not even when the customer is completely in the wrong and being rude.

Today is 11/6/2013 and I have been going to red nails for almost 3 years! I moved from the area and I still continue to go to red nails to receive my pedicures, manicures (gel, solar, regular), and eyebrow services from Kellie. My two favorite nail technicians are Kellie and Mimi. If you want the latest arts drawn on your nails or toes I would go with Kellie! Kellie gets to know her clients to the point where I simply come in and she practically reads my mind. If you go to red nails ask for Kellie!

Awful! This owner man is rude, greedy and pathetic. Their nail techs do not do a good job, sloppy work,rude and they claim 2 week guarantee. bull corn! The stupid ,man owner/manager ( chinc ) is so greedy it is ridiculous he will not replace any nail, instead of making customer happy he will lose them as a customer..please do not go to this place it will be a total nightmare and no refunds and no replace!!!!! you will be literally wasting your money ladies

If your looking for good customer service and people that respect the fact that you are paying money for their services.. THIS ISNT THE PLACE FOR YOU!! These people are rude and i nor anyone in my family will ever spend a dollar there!! Trust me!! I was was respectful and this is my second time going there and each time kelley was rude and she wasnt even the one doing my nails.. Plenty of good shops! Dont waste money or time with this one

Worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. Very busy (which I dont know how or why) they made me switch chairs 3 times, the lady giving me a pedicure cut my toe and didnt even say sorry just wiped up the blood and went back to clipping! Told me it would be one price then charged me extra and asked for a $5 cash tip! The polish isnt even and is bubbly! I will never go back to this horrible place and recommend you stay away!

This place is amazing! I drive from 635/75 to get my nails/eyebrows done just about every 2 weeks. Kellie is the best, I just tell her to do something different and she works her magic and I ALWAYS love it. I finally found a reliable place that does a great job after trying out so many different salons. I highly recommend this salon for everyone of all ages and both male and female :)! - Tara

Finally found Cindy who is The best! Will travel anywhere to see her and her team. Great customer service. She is attentive and cares about your comfort. Husband is sweet and the others are very professional. Even when busy, they get to you quickly. The only issue is parking, but its not their fault. Thanks for always taking great care. I drive from Plano to see them.
