I went to My Spa and Boutique for a Laser Hair Removal treatment, and it was a great experience. The Soprano XL laser they use is virtually pain free. I was skeptical when I wondered what "virtually" really means? Honestly, I really felt NO pain at all. (I am the one who freaks out about flu shots, so I have a very low pain tolerance!) Chrissy (the owner) told me it would feel like a hot stone massage, and thats exactly how it felt! It didnt hurt because of the low energy and high frequency at which they use the laser. So far Ive only had one treatment done on my underarms so i am waiting to see if I get even the slightest results (hard to tell with just one treatment), but I will definitely drive the extra hour to get to Forney just to have them do my treatments, its a small price to pay for a long term result. Chrissys customer service and ability to put my nervousness at ease is so natural and comforting! Although the front desk staff wasnt as friendly and welcoming as her, but overall my experience with the treatment was awesome. I cant wait to go back!

I bought a Groupon for a photofacial so that I could try one because I had never had it done before. The Groupon deal was a great price and allowed me to see if it actually worked. The environment of this spa is welcoming and so is their staff. They are very friendly, accommodating, and professional. They have a detailed questionnaire that you fill out so that they know EXACTLY how to go forward with the treatment you are having done. Their estheticians are very professional and ask the right questions so that you will get the results you are looking for. I had such a great experience that I decided to go back after a few weeks for a peel to help further my photofacial results. It was at that time I decided to purchase their laser pass. You really cannot beat the value of the laser pass they offer. There are so many options available that are included in the package that would cost you thousands and thousands of dollars more if you were to purchase a 6 treatment package some where else.

This a not kid/ friendly, not welcome environment. The owner/supervisor is such a not nice lady. She talks behind your back if she does not like who or what u bring with u. Her face says it All. What happens when ur a young mom with newborns or with non- school children that need to come w u to a hair cut or color. I dont suggest this place for u. When she is there, there is just a very negative energy there. Will never go back.

Amanda did an awesome job on my hair!!!! First place in 2yrs that did it right, timely, and reasonably priced!!!! Nicki has done 2 facials for me and I am in awe at the difference it made!!! Nicole for the deep tissue massage!!! I couldnt be more satisfied!!! Love, Love, Love their membership program!!! There owner Chrissi very personable and down to earth!!! Highly recommend this staff and spa!!!!

My Spa is my go to spa to feel pampered in a relaxing environment by a well trained staff. I have been to many spas and their are kids running around or crying and I dont know about anyone else, but when I am paying for spa services this is my time to relax and unwind and enjoy myself. Another reason I choose and recommend this spa for all of their services.

Terrible customer service. The is an employee or owner named Christy who was so terrible in her customer service. I vowed not to ever do business with them. Ladies and gentlemen, when you think of "spa" you think of calm relaxing experience, but my encounter with this business raised my blood pressure. The employees are rude!

I had booked with a Groupon. I had to cancel the day of the appointment, I had to cancel due to a long running meeting for work. I called ahead of time but was told my Groupon was no longer valid since I didnt give 48 hour notice. I was never told about the 48 hour notice policy. I will no be going back.

This spa has the best Massages anywhere!! This is the only place I really enjoy a massage at, my family and I also use their hair salon for cuts and highlights- awesome job!!
