I bring all of my friends to this salon. It is excellent! As per the 1-star rating given below... I just so happened to be there at the time of the incident. The "so-called Manager who pretended to be the Owner" is exactly that...the Owner and Manager of the salon. That customer was very rude, and you should keep in the mind that some people can never be pleased. I WILL say that you should present your gift certificate up front. Had I been the person checking HER out that day, I would have refunded her card and accepted the gift certificate in high hopes that she would not return to my place of business. This salon has always been friendly, and they do a fabulous job on nails and pedicures, as well as eyebrow waxing. I have not tried other services they provide, but imagine they would be of equal quality. They use hot stones on pedicures and have a variety to choose from...sure to fit any budget. I love it and will not even bother to go anywhere else. I have friends that travel across miles to come to this salon rather than something close to them.

I would recommend Firewheel Nail and Spa over this place any day of the week. I appreciate a long relaxing pedicure when I have the time for it. And usually when I have the time they dont take 1-1/2 hours. But be in a hurry and guess what you get the LONG version. In addition to that you have a so-called Manager who pretended to be the Owner when I complained and didnt want to talk to her anymore but wanted the Owner, she conveniently become the Owner too. She was rude, hung up on me, didnt try to offer understanding or compensation for my time and overcharged me for my visit. Dont ever take a gift certificate, you wont get the value of it. Theyll say "so sorry, we didnt run certificate, you bring next time". If I wanted to use my certificate next time I wouldnt have brought with me this time. Dont know where customer service in American has gone but it doesnt exist in this Oriental run salon.

Where to start....the outside of the building says Diva nail salon, but seeing some how thats the only one there I go in. The name Sachse is on the inside. Should have been my first clue. I dont know where all these good reviews came from, but they dont talk to you. They dont explain anything or answer questions. I complained after getting the new powder, the lady that did mine left my fingers stained in the powder, didnt ask me how I liked them, didnt even tell me that she was done, just poured oil on my fingertips and turned around to the next person.I told the owner and all she said was heres a nail brush and soap. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And by the way I have an app that can translate what it hears, and they were really , rudely talking about me and the lady across from me. I left in tears.

I love Sachse Nail Salon, I would not dream of going anywhere else. The service and cleanliness are unmatched! I have been going here on a regular basis for the past four years and have always enjoyed my visit. I love the fact that the pedicures are truly relaxing, never rushed and with my crazy schedule if I need to get in and out in a hurry they are always accommodating! My nails always look perfect and I always have the option of being totally pampered and having my nails done while I am having a pedicure. I also enjoy the fact that I am not forced to listen to a blaring TV, but am treated to relaxing music - truly relaxing. Jennie, Tracy and the rest of the women there are very pleasant and professional!

Clean | Friendly | Great Facility $$ -$$$ My best friend and I spent the day pampering ourselves :) We started the day at Herbal Spa, ate at local restaurant, and then walked over to get our nails done. My bestie got a gel Manicure and I got a regular pedicure. They did an excellent job on her Manicure. They took their time with it and made it look really neat and good, and mine was pretty good too, but nothing special to rave about. Our nail techs were very friendly and offered us water. I really liked the chairs we sat in and the bowl sinks that we put our feet in. Reason why I didnt give this place a complete 5-star rating is because it was a good service.

I have been going to Sachse Spa & Nail since the day they have opened.. Everyone has been great.. Alot have gone & come even an owner, The new owners are good people that want to be part of the Woodbridge Community... The Spa has the latest in Spa Equipment, It is the Cleanest Nail Salon I have ever been in. The service is wonderful, The Nail Techs are experienced in their profession. Being a guy- this place is professional and have great staff. Ive been going here with my wife for years now and they are consistently great. The place is nice and they give you drinks as they work on you. What I also like is that the workers are not chatting, making you wonder if they are speaking about you. At times my wife needed a redo (because self error) Diva Nail happily fixed it. If your looking for a non winey review, hope this helps.

First time and it wont be my last! I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality, the girls are awesome! Everything is new, all the nail colors, chairs,Great prices and did an amazing job on my nails! Will never go anywhere else! Clean location & very talented staff .My gel manicure always looks great & I looooove my nail designs. Well worth my drive!

It is my first time in this nail salon. I dont remember the name of girl who did for me, but she is an excellent one. She did a wonderful job with my nails (gel manicure) and kept me with great conversation. Thats great customer service! She said she loves her job and it shows! Overall, it is a wonderful experience and will definitely come back.

Loved the lady that did my nails! Only rating a 3 because I made an appointment for 1 and they didnt have a space for me til almost 1:20. And within a week, my shellac nails were chipping! I got a pedicure and that was wonderful and still looks great. Just super bummed about the chipping shellac :/

I always have a problem.with nail salons cutting my cuticals when they file them, I have not ever had a cut cutical with these women. I have gone to about 5 different women in this salon and all have been wonderful! Everyone in this salon are very friendly. I wont go anywhere else.

I had my nails and toes done. They did a good job on my toes, however after 2 days the paint started chipping off and before a week was over 1 nail already cracked in half. I got the power supply. I was very upset I paid $45.00 for my nails to last 1 week. Money wasted!
