I walked in for a mani-pedi around 7 pm and they graciously took me, even though I was a little tired and had a hard time selecting my color. The spa is clean, the people are friendly, and the decor is tasteful. Its located on 15th St in Plano, in what looks like the historic downtown to me. (Im new here.) Its a nice business district with restaurants and shops nearby. Ive never experienced a Texas-style nail experience before. I was really surprised to be offered a margarita or glass of wine! Now, thats really cool. This was one of the most refreshing mani-pedis Ive had. Ill definitely go back to Day Spa 15.

I would have given it 0 stars but 1 is apparently the lowest. Where do I begin? Made an appointment at 4:30 and had walk ins seated before me and didnt get seen until 7. Not only were they rude to my in laws but after the lady glued my finger to a towel she proceeded to tell me that it didnt hurt, and to shut up. She then proceeded to get into a full blown argument with me infront of other clients. Needless to say after this ordeal was over I had to go to a different salon and get my nails re-done the day of my wedding. NEVER AGAIN!!

Would give it a zero if it were an option. Very rude to my friend and me, while trying to celebrate my best friends birthday. From the vulgar language displayed, the way we were talked inappropriately to, and receiving a pedicure that my dog could have done a better job with. Very disappointed and will not be back, and the only recommendation I will make of this place is to stay away.

Very rude ppl! Walked in at 5:00 pm mind you they close at 7 or 8 pm and me and my friend were told wait 15-20 minutes to be serviced then 3,minutes later we were told we couldnt be serviced! Have never been treated so poorly! Mind you the first time I came to this salon they charged me 30 dollars for a half ass pedicure! Spend your money elsewhere where it will be appreciated!

Omg they are AWESOME!!! just got NextGen coffin nails for the first time. The technician (forgot his name, but hes in his 20s) did an pretty good job. His sister made me an awesome cocktail, I think its called S15...it was lit. I will definitely come back

I was very impressed with this nail salon! The girls are funny and down to earth. They keep it real while doing a WONDERFUL job. They serve bomb ass mimosas too. If youre looking for a chill salon that does great work, pick here!
