Ive had many wonderful massages in my day but my experience at one fine day was incredible. I have chronic back issues so my fiance paid for a package that included a 30 minute swedish massage which they allowed me to upgrade last minute to a 1 hr deep tissue, a 45 minute facial, and pedicure for mothers day and I cant stop kissing him lol. This was my first visit and the experience was amazing. Stephanie is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had. She broke down what she was going to do first, made me comfortable, found out my wants and needs and executed them. She never spoke during the massage which has always been an issue in the past with others but she was very respectful and professional. Thanks again. My facial was done by Natalie and she was just as amazing. Ive only had one facial prior to this one and I did not have a great experience and I let her know the reasons why. She heard me and did a wonderful job on my face and she even educated me after and gave me a ton of samples to take home to try. The facility is so warm and comfortable (not what I expected from the exterior view) so I will definitely be returning especially since it is right up the road from me. Dont want to return! DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH!!! It has ripped me off for $5.00…..so I called the number listed to complain. The Gentleman that answered asked for my information (name, phone # & date carwash took my money for no service) he assured me he’d put refund in the mail,……………I never received it. Now today, while buying gift card at “One Fine Day” Desk, a lady came in, told desk clerks that carwash took her $5.00 and would not operate, so she lost $5.00 too, also she said the car in front of hers washed a car just fine. SO, “DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH”!.............You’ve been warned of being Ripped Off!

Great facials, massages and AWESOME pedicures! The products work great also.. Purology shampoo and conditioner are my favorite and last forever! The car wash also works great. I use it weekly and have never had problems. Of course every mechanical machine will break at some point; it is always back up and working as fast as possible. You always see the owner and his worker there and you dont find that at all the other SELF SERVE car washes. Also, knocking on a door that is full of equipment, of course no one hears you. I highly recommend ONE FINE DAY SPA and SALON and also the CAR WASH!

Jessica is fabulous. I wont go to anyone else. She does wax and makeup. Ive had beautiful make-up job there. Mani and Pedi time is a must have to pamper yourself here. The service and quality is what you would expect of North Dallas. Top notch all the way. It doesnt feel sterile either. They do a fabulous job on hair, wraps, and massage. Full service all the way. I love that I dont have to deal with crazy driving, no crazy prices, and I get to relax and feel pampered like a princess each time. I look forward to paying them because they are worth it.

I love coming here to get my hair cut here! These stylists do a terrific job. I have had very bad expierences with people doing a terrible job cutting my hair so I am very picky about my hair stylist. I cut my own hair for more than five years because I couldnt find someone to do a good enough job. And then I came here. I LOVE IT! Highly recommend this place for all pampering needs! You can not go wrong coming here.
