I have been here twice, and have a mixed review. The first time I went, I had a fabulous experience. All employees were professional and kind, and did an excellent, long-lasting job of my manicure and pedicure. The second time I went, my manicurist filed my nails at an angle so noticeable that I asked her (very politely, almost apologetically) to fix them about three times, at which point she had me file them myself, which I found to be unprofessional and a bit rude. The job was not done well, and I ended up repainting my own nails, and my big toes where the polish was so thick that it smudged. I also woke with a staph infection the next morning, which may or may not be related, however, the employees did not wear gloves. Unfortunately, I will not be revisiting this beautiful, quiet salon.

Was told a price on the phone and when I walked in and when I go to pay the charged my mother and I $5 to get a french tip on our toes and another $5 to put glitter which they considered nail art but yet they cant even do a flower design!!! Then we get in the car and realized out nail polish was already chipped. We live in a small town and for these prices we could have gotten the full VIP treatment with a DESIGN. Also I guess they only have one person that can put some rhinestones on like if it was the hardest thing to do. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want the basic stuff

I found Posh Nail& Spa thanks to the Internet. I have never found a Massage Therapist that way before, usually going to spas at my gym etc. But I just had foot surgery and so wanted to find someone willing to come to my apartment. Well, I agree with all the comments on the Internet, theyre terrific. Now when I am in Dallas, I will definitely work with them. They really did wonderful work. They know what theyre doing, are capable of very deep work, which I need, and is thoughtful about what their client needs. I look forward to many massages with them.

Posh is a horrific nail salon. I did the dip powder with holographic flakes in it. The lady I had guaranteed it would last 4 weeks and she was very proud of her work. There was lots of excess powder and nail glue on my fingers. I asked for a rounded almond shape and she gave my a squarish diagonal shape. I tried to file them a day later and 3 popped off! I went back and they said I would have to pay another $37 to get it fixed! I asked her to just take them off and demanded a refund. Needless to say, I didnt get one. Please do not visit posh.

Like many of us, I have been to many nail places but Posh Nail Spa definitely stand out as one of the best I have been to. They have eared my repeat business for sure!. They are clean and professional and offers great customer service, great attention to detail and are low pressure on the up-sells (although they do ask). It seems like a very well run place. They offer you water upon entering, which is a great touch.

I drove 20 minutes to get my nails done here based on the great designs they showed on their Instagram page. I get here and the guys says he can do designs. Ugh
