Stay away from this spa PLEASE ,do not waste your time and money there. I have been in doctor clinic before and i can tell the difference now,and this was by far the WORST place, its better to spend your money and time in doctor clinic at least they have knowledge about what they are doing not practicing on you or not respecting your time and cancelled the appts without even telling you ! I have already told everybody i knew not to try this spa Never ,and i have heard from a lot of people about their bad experience in this spa . Very arrogant and unprofessional people I have ever met in my life.I wish I can give a zero star to this place ,This place was nice when it first opened when was Karen Norris the owner , she was respectful and nice person but has gone downhill over the last year with new rude and inconsiderate owner (( Louis )). (( Alyson )) was very rude and defensive from the moment I walked in. Her answers to all of my questions were short and extremely rude. The defensiveness that she put out made me think she was afraid or insecure about her skills. She was very unprofessional and in the end she hurts my skin when she did the juvederm to my under eyes and she said i got stop doing it now and i will finish it next time when you get better , so i told her okay no problem but im not gonna pay until we done it and then she got offended and said you know what the fillers not for you !!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then Karen Norris ( the previous owner) she did apologies to me about what happened with Alyson and she did offered to fix it to me again and she tried to make me satisfied by offered free nails treatment complimentary ,and I really appreciated that and i paid the full price for the juvederm. And then I decide to give them another chance with juvederm to my lips by Sivan and she did them wrong !!!!! my lips look horrible after that , one side bigger than the other and they have a lot of lumps in the upper and bottom , so they have told me to wait two weeks until my lips settle ,so i did wait and my lips still look horrible after that so i went there again and i met the most unprofessional person ((Louis )), and she said okay we have to dissolve the product from your lips now and we will fix it again dont worry !! and they did dissolve the product . And after that i booked another appt i went there to fix my lips and she change her mind and treated me in very disrespectful way and she refused to fix my lips and ask me to pay gain !!! Why i should pay over $420 again when that was your nurse fault !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she started argue with me in very inconsiderate way and then after a long argument she said i apologies im not trying to be offended and i will do it for you for free dont worry !!!! And then i booked another appt to fix my lips , i went today morning to their spa and she changed her mind again and said im not gonna fix all your lips !! i will put a little bit in the top lip and thats it !!! and she said you are not welcoming here any more after that !!!! I told her for sure im not planing to have any more unprofessional experience with your cheap spa and i refused to fix my lips by them .I prefer to go to specialist doctor ,spend more money and feel welcoming and get the result i want than let ignorant people like her treat me like that ! Never ever again!! Theres plenty of other places in Dallas to have to put up with an unprofessional and aggressive individual such as her and her unprofessional nurses !! But this was really the worst experience of my life , I was very excited to have some changes before getting married after a few months but ((Louis )) really hurts my feelings and disappointed me but i believe in God and in Karma to take my right and im pretty sure that she is not gonna be success in her job and life with this bad attitude .

I have been going to Etre Belle for services for a little over a year. The last time I was in, a woman who introduced herself as the new owner looked at my debit card receipt and told me that I shouldnt tip her staff so much and all but insisted I change the tip amount while pushing the slip and pen toward me across the counter. I smiled and explained that her staff member takes very good care of me when I visit and also is the only person that I will visit for these services. I was taken aback but dismissed it as a lack of manners and didnt want to become involved further. Two visits ago, Etre Belle sold me a package in which I prepaid for a 3 visit series (in cash) of one type of treatment. After the first of three treatments I decided I did not like the treatment type at all and asked to use the credit for the same treatment type that I have received there frequently in the past. After calling Louis four times, I finally get her on the phone and she told that I would not receive credit for the cash that I paid unless I used it for services that I have never used there or use at all. The excuse was she is the "new" owner was not paid for the cash that I paid earlier before she purchased this company. However, when you purchase a company, there is a line item on the financials for customer credits/pre-payments and it is considered the same as cash in the bank on a financial statement. Louis refuses to allow me to use the service that I have been coming to there for and is willing to lose a faithful client over the ridiculously small amount of $600. What a mistake. I am glad to be handling this is court where she will have to refund me my $600 plus court costs. I cannot believe how this woman treats people, her total lack of business acumen and complete absence of respect for her staffs clientele. Shameful.

I have always been happy with my laser treatments BUT the receptionist they have are terrible. I have had 5 laser treatments and have had issues with 3 of my appointments. Issue 1 and 2 were them randomly moving my appointment without calling to ask what time would work for me. I only found out that it was moved when they called to confirm it. Both times I was put in a time slot that I could not make so I had to completely rescheduled. Issue #3 was today when I arrived 10min before my scheduled time which was confirmed with a phone call to me today. I checked in and waited. The receptionist was kind and kept me updated on the status of my service provider since she was "running late". After waiting 40mins, a different service provider asked me about my appointment. This is when I found out that I was rescheduled with a different person and they had down that I requested to only see that person who obviously did not have an actual open time slot at my appointment time. None of this was done by me. I finally was seen and as always the laser treatment was great. I am shocked that this continues to happen and will not be coming back after the sessions I prepurchased are done.
