DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I strongly suggest going ANYWHERE else. Simoniz car wash has left me with a bad taste in my mouth more than once. For starters, I had bought the monthly package deal for unlimited washes. They do not care to give you your air freshener that you paid for as part of the package, I have to remind them every single time. ... These are the least of my issues though. It takes at least three car washes to actually have a satisfying clean car. The manager ( shorter muscle dude ) is very rude. The manager above him, also Hispanic male ( dont know his name ) is very rude. I had my cargo floor mat stolen or misplaced by a Simoniz employee, when I confronted the manager he tried to tell me they dont clean under my mat... Mind blowing, I watched them clean all my floor mats with a scrub brush. They never could find my floor mat but did except fault and offered me store credit. At this point I am fed up with these guys, I wanted my floor mat back. Not cheap car washes. I filled out a incident report a month ago and havent heard anything from these guys. I have also walked in to the store twice about this issue. So now I am leaving a truthful review for everyone to see what a terrible place this is. My next stop is to the police station to report my stolen floor mats. This floor mat is a weather safe all terrain expensive floor mat. I dont want store credit I want you to replace my floor mat! I have pictures of MY jeep with MY floor mat. Again I strongly suggest everyone go some where else, I wish I would have. My last trip here cost me over a hundred dollars in stolen things from my car. They dont care about you, the same way they dont care about me. I will post this on every social media I can find with Simoniz name on it. Terrible terrible terrible place, 0 stars deserved. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Valero probably has a better car wash. Thanks for reading. Preston - Guy with the silver jeep you never called back.

THIEVES I was there about 2 weeks ago to get my car washed. I grabbed as much of my belongings as possible when I pulled up to the vacuum station. I get off the car and place all my stuff in the trunk. 1 of the items was a clear bag with money granted there were only $50. I get home get all my stuff off the bag is missing. The car wash is closed so I go the next day to report it and after a couple of days. I call the place and the manager said there is nothing I can do I asked all the employees and they all said they did not take it.

I normally dont like leaving these cause I believe that people make mistakes but I will not go to this place ever again. I bought my mother a brand new cooler for Christmas and some body from the car wash took it out of the back of my truck, not only that when they put my truck threw the wash they left one of my windows open soaking all of my back seat. My kids had to sit in the front seat. I Will NOT return.

Full service #2 is okay. Reasonably cheap ($22) and the exterior wash looked way better cleaned than the interior. My car was ready in less than 25 minutes so maybe thats why the interior looked like it did. I wouldnt call that package full service since my carpets still had little trash & dust inside anyways. Overall, I was pleased but not amazed by the car wash.

Brought my tacoma to get cleaned I asked attendant if bed could be scrubbed and undercarriage washed . He said no problem explained there would be a Xtra charge which I had no problem paying , well I walked out to get truck because they were done. And to my surprise . Of course they did nothing I asked them to do and got charged for

Service is pretty good. The names of the packages can be a little misleading. Just dont expect to pay $22 anywhere and get your vehicle detailed and every speck of dirt cleaned. They have full detail packages for that. The reason for the 4 stars is because one time getting the dash and console package looked like the same service as the full #2

Pulled up in my truck with my purchased booklet. The attendant tries to tell me I cant get a car wash without paying $10 for an extra scrub. My truck isnt that dirty. When I decline, he tries to haggle with me. I already paid for the car wash. Its bad business to pressure clients into paying more if they dont need it. Just lost a customer.

It depends on who is working here. Sometimes they finish in one hour or less, Ive waited as long as 2.5 hours. They need a manager cracking the proverbial whip. For the most part they do a really good job detailing the vehicle. Its the slow pace that needs to be improved.

I wasnt pleased with the quality with a wash so they did a rewash. While my vehicle was going thru I saw NO lava fall or Wax. I told the manager, he went outside and wiped his finger on my car as if feeling for wax.......he should have just ran it back through

Quick, great service. We love running through there for a quick shine on the way out the door. Nothing like headed to an event And realizing the car is embarrassingly dirty. Running through here is quick, inexpensive, and thorough.
