I have been coming here for years and to my surprise after I brought in my jeep for an oil change and upgraded car wash. They did not detail the inside. I inquired with the manager and (he was useless btw) he cited company policies were to blame for it missing. They would only wipe the inside but not detail it. I wasnt asking for the full interior detail I just wanted Armour all wiped on the dash. Lessoned learned right. Well because they are close to me I went their again 1yr later. Have things changed? Nope. I asked for the carpet cleaning package and the sales rep was very thorough in explaining what it did and did not include. The carpet cleaning includes only a wash tire dressing and wipe down inside along with the shampoo carpet cleaning for 60$ but if I want Armour all wipe not detail just a wipe of the dashboard they wanted 40$. Incredible I mean you would thing a genius could come up with a mini interior detail for 12$ or 15$ but that is too radical. Anyways my disappointment continues I saw my truck come out and sit there. It was busy but I saw other vehicles come out and be finished off and detailed but my truck remained there for 30 minutes until I stood up and inquired about it. If the car wash attendants told me it was done. BS! I talked to the manager and they jumped right on it. My 30 minutes wasted and service down the drain again. And the store manager again worthless. Him and his goofy as shades. So dissapointed and this will definitely be my last time here and i will certainly not recommend anyone to come here. I dont blame the workers I blame the managers. I workers come to work managers manage and this car wash is poorly managed.

Took my truck to have a full detail, inside and out. They called me at 12:30 to pick it up. When I did the carpet that was supposed to be shampooed was still dirty leaving dirt on my finger when touching the wet carpet so I took it back to have them reclean my carpet. I was never called so at 4:45 I called them. They informed me that my truck is just now getting finished so I go up there, my carpet is not wet and still very very dirty. I called and spoke with the manager he told me that there is nothing that can be done about it, my carpet is just dirty. After paying $160, and then having my truck from 9:30am-4:45pm I will NOT be taking it back here! Save Your Time And Money, And Go Somewhere Else.

Okay so this place is okay. I mean I like it I havent had any problem coming here. Plus I am too lazy to drive to other places. So far Ive had my carpet shampooed and seats as well. Every thing was great. Will update if there is any issue though. I gave it four stars because like the take a little too long and are not very organized with lining up the cars. I know that they are other places that will do a better job I guess you can say but it will cost you even more. I always get the Deluxe Detail service. They also have an oil change place here too but I wouldnt get my oil change here because I am picky about places.

Everything about Simoniz is average except the people. I enjoyed listening to the staff pick on each other as they worked on vehicles or attended customers. My oil change and wash were fine and pricing average. I spent much more time there than I needed to, but I think they chose to leave me alone because I had a laptop open and was clearly working. I may return. I would not tell anyone not to go. I would want any new customer to be aware that the service team might need a little encouragement to stay on task and hit the hidden spots in a detail.

This used to be a really good place to go for oil change and a car wash. Oil change, speedy. Cashiers, not customer friendly. Car wash, well, one side of my car/windows was never worked on. I sat outside watching the workers talk and laugh instead of working. It took longer to have my car wiped down than it did for the oilchange and vacuum. I still gave a $5 tip but had to come back because they didnt "dress" my tires.......

They were very helpful with a problem I had. I had inadvertently scratched my car by trying to clean it with a kitchen sponge (Never, ever do that), so I went and saw what they could do to help me. One of the guys pulled out a buffer, some polish, and went to town on my front hood for at least a good 15 minutes straight. My car looks better than ever and Im extremely pleased.

The employees are very nice but every time I go there they clean the plastic parts in my Audi with some chemical that leaves a white residue when it dries. I have showed it to them twice and they say they have corrected the issue but a day later and the residue is back. I am going to look for a new place to get my car detailed.

Paid for a wash and inside detail (no conditioning). My car was dusty, not vacuumed and the cup holders were not even wiped out. I asked if my package included a vacuum he confirmed yes but it was not done. After an hour of reinspecting my car and my windows completely dirty I ended up leaving. Do not use this place!

Theyve always done an excellent job on my truck. I have a dog that sheds but you wouldnt be able to tell when I leave the car wash. Theyve always taken their time to get the details right. Im a returning customer

Very expensive for mediocre service. No I did not get the cheapest wash and expect great detail I paid more than 120 and still found a list of things they missed it did not do well at cleaning.

They have no way of keeping track of their sales .... if your receipt happens to disappear for your packge purchase ... they are up $$$ while you as the customer are are out of $$$$
