I came to this car wash because I saw all the great reviews and my car needed some cleaning in a big way. I just moved to a new place and I never knew birds could poop so much, plus some sap got onto my car from the tree out front, and it was all over my windshield, so I needed to get rid of that ASAP. Plus it just feels nice to have a clean car. When I got there, all seemed well, I asked for the Basic, they upsold me to the Basic Plus, the cashier took a look at my car, confirmed the Basic Plus request and off we went! It was $25, plus I tip generously, so we were set for the wash! They spent much more time than I thought they would, and then after they fully wiped it down, my car couldnt go anywhere because there was another car blocking the exit. So they parked my car, and motioned for me to come drive away using the other exit. Yay! Clean car and time to go... Or so I thought... The windshield was so dirty that I couldnt see anything but all the yellow that was there before I drove it to the car wash. Such a disappointment. But, still, there were all the yelp reviews, and the cashier seemed efficient when she was processing me on arrival, so I figured, I would just let her know and we could get this finished and I could leave. Already it was about 40 minutes, when I was expecting 15. So I speak to her about it and she walks past me out to the car. She looks around the inside first, and then looks out the front window at all the dirt. She gets out of the car and lets me know that its sap and its harder to get off, and she notices that its all over the front hood, and really all over the car. So she calls over the person who does that confers with him. I expect them to let me know that it takes a little extra work, but they will take care of it right away. Instead, they both get defensive and tell me that it takes extra chemicals, and solvent and extra time and that this is normally a big deal with extra charge because OMG SAP. I have never, EVER had this issue at any other car wash- sap, just like bird poop, is dirt on the car, and its removal is part of the car being clean. I let them know that I paid for my car to be cleaned, and thus, I would like it to be clean. So they let me know it will be extra time. The cashier lets me know that she can take me at the front. I follow her and she rudely tells me it will be an additional $30 for them to finish cleaning my car. "I already paid for my car to be cleaned, why are you trying to charge me again?" "Well I TOLD you it would be an extra charge when we were outside." "An extra charge is like $5, but this is also something where I already paid to have my car cleaned, and you didnt clean it!" "Well this is how much it costs, you said you wanted it clean." "Im not paying for that and I would like to speak to a supervisor." So finally I speak to her manager, whose name is Kevin (I think), and I let him know that I paid for my car to be cleaned and its not clean and its very frustrating. It was a total waste of a half hour. While I appreciate that he is the owner and took the time to speak with me, he was not at all interested in actually getting this resolved without me paying twice as much as I paid initially. He argued intensely and defensively saying that no other car washes would be able to get it out, and that I should have told them that there was sap on it so they could charge me extra. I asked if there was anything about sap on the website or on the drive in, indicating that it was an exception. He said that on the menu it stated that cars are subject to additional charges based on the size or the condition. When I pointed out that this is something that one would negotiate BEFORE paying for the car to be cleaned, he again told me that since it was my car, that I should have let them know that there was sap on it and that sap costs extra to be removed. All in all, it was a lose, lose. I lost, $30, I lost an hour and a half of my time, and I lost my patience for the day. Dont go here.

Once more a flood embedded the HTown. Last year around this time my Lambo was flooded and totalled... so naturally when I woke up to water up to my door handle I panicked. As I ran out to start my car that miraculously started... my car was drenched inside. I am pleased with the service I received from Aqua... they were precise and efficient. They safely removed my carpet in my hatchback... and installed the carpet back perfectly. Before I even left the parking lot in my Uber to go home on Friday... they had already removed my seats in less than 15 minutes to begin cleaning and drying my seats and carpet. Initially, they mentioned that because they were super busy... late Monday would be their estimated finish time. So I was surprised to receive a call on Sunday that my car was ready to pick up. From my initial phone conversation to me paying and checking out... I would have to recommend this place as the ABSOLUTE BEST in the city. My only regrets: 1. That I didnt take the time to personally thank each worker there individually for their hard work and precision 2. That I mixed up Lindsey with Leticia... (the two AWESOME and FANTASTIC ladies who work together at the front who manage) 3. That I left my car over the weekend... causing them to work on The Sabbath, Saturday... 2 Thumbs Way Up ↑ =]

This establishment has absolutely awful customer service. I requested a basic exterior wash and interior vacuum. Upon returning home, I noticed my apartment parking decal (stored in a clearly labeled envelope) had been removed from my car. Additionally, I found a package full of used gum wedged between the seats in the back of my car. I returned to the car wash to explain my experience. While they were able to rummage through the trash and find my decal, they insisted their employees could not possibly be responsible for the gum package left in my car. As opposed to reimbursing me or compensating me for the inconvenience and poor treatment, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes. Aqua Hand Car Wash has permanently lost my business.

MORE THAN FRUSTRATED. I went there for the first time today to have my Tahoe cleaned inside and out. Had to lay a little extra because of the size of my vehicle, understandable. I wait in line for about 20-25 minutes, drop off my car, and head inside. Pre pay for the services and like an idiot left a tip on my card for them. From a distance it looked like there was someone working diligently on my vehicle. In reality, they failed to clean any of the wheels, failed to clean the entire rear hatch (including the glass), and left my windshield so dirty I had to stop at a gas station to clean it off myself. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here.
