TERRIBLE! First time there and Im never going to give them my business again. Poor customer service!!! Didnt even clean my car properly. Left it as is, no shining as promised on the brochure. There were fingerprints on the speedometer glass and when I tried to argue with him, he said "You shouldve told up front what exactly you wanted" Like what? I was suppose to get whatever was listed under the damn $27 car wash special. Trunk was left dirty even though I got everything out of my car so they could clean it properly I have pictures to prove it. Paid $27, I could have done a better job my self paying less than $10. Dont go there, waste of money!

Hate to say but taking my car there was a waste of money. I paid for the $27 package and dog hair was still all over my seats. Vacuuming is pretty basic right? On another note, I told the lady what I would like and her response, "No habla ingles".......The girl working the front desk would not let me use the coupon from their own website because I didnt print it out- that was not disclosed on the coupon online. The gentleman did a good job cleaning the dash and console but I cant get past paying almost $30 dollars and not having my seats vaccuumed. Bottom line- I shouldve just cleaned my car myself. I will not be back to Pirates Cove.

They did a great job cleaning my vehicle. I appreciated how the manager would walk and inspect the vehicles to make sure they did a great job. Thats pride in your product. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because when they talked me into the special I was very clear I had to get my kids in 45min so if it couldnt be done in that time then I would have to pass. Needless to say it took an hour and 15min. I had to have someone bring my son to me. Otherwise I would have taken my car unfinished. But they did do a great job.

Their half off special is great. However, my last couple of details have been of poor quality. I always send my husband to have my car detailed, and he overlooks a lot. So when he brings the car home I inspect it and have noticed the carpet half vacuumed and the console dusty. I have been a customer for over 2 years so I am hoping they improve on quality.

The service here has decreased drastically since the ownership changed several years ago. I still stop by occasionally to see if things have changed and they have not. Its hard to pay $30 for a car wash only to have a shoddy job done inside and to still have bugs stuck to the front of the vehicle. Wont be going back.

Ive been coming here for years and I believe recently they switched owners. The people running it are horrible owners and act like jerks. I wouldnt come back here even if there were free car washes. Long lines and horrible car cleaning services.

Pay extra for a van and they still cant clean obvious dirty areas of my vehicle. For as much as I paid in total, and tipped the only person really working hard, I wont go back again. And, they were not busy and there was no line. No excuse.

wasnt good. didnt vacuum well, didnt get the bugs off the front. Ive heard bad things about the one down the street so I thought I would try this one. I wont be back! Im going to Superior Mermaid at Russell Palmer.

Cant beat half of Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately it can also be a double edged sword with long waits and sometimes less quality to be able to push out the volume of cars washed per hour.

Their subscription car washes cant be beat. $50/month for first car Captains unlimited is full service including leather and wheels; second car is only $28. Service is excellent and fast.

The cleaning of the inside of the car is done poorly. Also, make sure your wipers are turned off before you start your car because they wont wipe the smears away.

They do a great job. I just got them to do their detail service with carpet cleaning and it looks almost new. Services are half price on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

My son vomited in the car, but youd never know it after they detailed it. It came back spic and span clean without any traces of vomit odor.
