My first bad experience with this place was 08/10. At the time I didnt complain cause I figured, I got what I paid for. Which was a HORRIBLE CAR WASH AND NO DETAIL OR VACUUM for 16 dollars. Well I went in this past weekend 10/09/10 and paid 30.00 for SUPREME INTERIOR DELUXE CLEAN. After waiting for 2 HOURS I am finally notified that my car is ready. Man oh man when I inspected my car to see what exactly was done to my vehicle during that 2 hr. wait was I surprised. Not only was my interior OILY from god knows what they used to clean it with but my seats and crevices which they claimed to have vacuumed still had debris on them. Seriously I paid 30 bucks plus tax and waited in this horrible smelling, over crowded, illegal immigrant harboring sweat shop to have CRUMBS THROWN ALL OF THE CAR & MY SEATS STILL DIRTY!!!! I asked to speak to management (btw DONT WASTE UR TIME IF U DONT SPEAK ENGLISH CAUSE THEY ONLY SPEAK SPANISH) Ms. SHARPIE eyebrows tells me that in order to have my seats WIPED DOWN I had to pay an additional 30 DOLLARS for LEATHER CLEANING!!!! I wouldnt have been so mad if they had just apologized and maybe done it again or if they had even taken 5 minutes to WIPE my seats down correctly with a wet rag. But NO they absolutely refused to apologize and FIX IT! Mind you they have a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE right under prices. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this car wash zero stars I would. The car wash I received was beyond terrible.....I paid for a wash and all my carpets and seats to be shampooed. The damage to my truck is unbelievable. The face of my car stereo was Armoralled! The stereo speakers and amplifier were all pulled out and shoved back under the seats. The amplifier was so full of water that it burned up and smoked in front of me. The seats and carpets were left so wet that the entire interior has mildewed and smells like a dead animal. I have left over five messages for Mr. Jay Choi to call me back to discuss. He is the manager and owner. Not one call or concern from this person. I am spending a large amount of money today to correct all of these issues and attorneys will handle it from here. DO NOT GOVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARND MONEY!!!

When you go in ask for the manager. I think his name is Bently. Young guys, buy knows his stuff. They dont have it on their menu, but ask for the Craigslist special. I was tryin to sell my car in the paper for $6,500. After 3 months, I had no luck. I decided to get it detailed and I stopped in to minitman on my way to work and dropped it off. I told Bently what was going on and he said "No problem. I will take care of it for you" He even drove me to work and dropped me off. When he came to pick me back up after my shift at the hospital it was like a brand new car. They cleaned EVERYTHING in that car and even took professional digital photos for me to put on the internet. I sold the car a week later for $7250! Would definitely recommend this place!

I got the $17.99 package ..this will definitely be my last visit. After getting home my transmission leak all over the driveway. I called & spoke to Maria who insisted it couldnt oh happened there because she has been there for 14 yrs so I asked her if she a mechanic she said no, so now time to speak with the manager Alex Deleon. I just got my car in November with no issues at all. This may be a court issue now.

They do great work. Except for one employee. Been here 4 times and twice this guy had my truck turned away because my wheels were "too big" even though the the other 2 times it was worked with no problems. I try explaining this to him but dipshit No Listen. So because of your 1 employee youre getting 2 out of 5.

First and LAST VISIT! Did a good job cleaning but noticed scratches on my rims that I know I did not do they put your vehicle thru a machine that pushes your wheels forward to wash the exterior I talked to the manager and couldnt even make it free

Only come here because of coupons I receive from an oil change at the place in front. Takes on average 45 minutes for car to be ready. Too me thats too long. Decent job on cars though.
