I like the terry cloth washing "mops" that swivel while you drive through. All other automated car washes just use pressure wash and sorry to say that doesnt work. Dirt, oil and bugs need scrubbing for it to come off for it to leave a sheen. Sometimes some vacuums are dull but they seem to fix them fast and make sure that majority of them are doing what they are supposed to. Clean car wash. I go once a month and it gets the job done well. Worth it!

Love the unlimited. As long as you go more than 2 times a month, you get your moneys worth. Most times its not too bad, but at busy times, its hard to get in and out since the driveway isnt long enough. On the $19.99 PA package, sometimes you get the upgrade to the better package. Your car comes out mostly clean, except some soap that is in the mirrors. But it does a nice job, and free vacuums after the carwash.

Took my car in April 21st and paid for the platinum package. I am very disappointed in the car wash. The roof of my car is not clean. The windows had some hard water spots and the wash did not take them out. I am going to find another place to get my car cleaned. I feel that I was robbed.

A rip off for the money. Better off going through a gas station carwash. Because thats pretty much what it is. I frequently go to a Mister Carwash that actually will detail and vacuum my vehicles. Not at this one. You will do it yourself. Quick for an in and out though.

Very happy with their monthly programs. Best part is you pull up and the gate immediately lifts up to let you in for your car wash. Another plus is the amount of locations all over Houston. This company has it together where they are putting the customer first.

Decent wash for the price. Equipment seems to be more consistently operational than other similar automated wash businesses. Grounds are clean and well-kept. Free vacuums in the shade are always appreciated.

I just CANCELLED my membership here. Just drove my BRAND NEW Jeep through the wash and I now have a fresh scratch. Needless to say, I am not happy. Actually in tears right now. Not new anymore.

Since when does mister car wash not give you towels to dry your car with? They make you pay for them and if you go to any other location expresa wash theyll give them to you. Dumb

This is a great place to wash and vaccuum your vehicle. I have had the monthly membership with them for many years. I am usually here 3-4 times a week as I like a clean car.

Didnt get car clean the first time, so I spoke to an associate who sent me back through no problem. They are very good about it, and have great vacuum and cleaning areas.

Its a fine carwash for the price, $6 for the basic. Ive gotten the premium wash before and wasnt super impressed. Free vacuums are always a plus though.
